Seriously, red Bristol and the linked article. It refutes all of this. All of it.

It's like you're screaming the sky is green, when it's blue.
Oh, well than if someone wrote an article about it, it must be right.

Take 2 major construction companies. One uses all black guys, the other uses all Hispanic. Which one builds the house quicker with more detail and less lawsuits? Which house it able to keep all the employees for the next job? If you don't know, you're in denial.

I'm in the housing market. I see who's responsible and hard working, I see who pays the rent and doesn't have every excuse in the world every month. I guess you need to be an a position that views it more. I wish it was equal, but its not even close. If I hired a full staff to run a company, any company (Car Dealership, Restaurant, Cleaning Co) I'd stay away from the black guys cause they cause more issues, don't work as hard, etc.
And it all comes down to THEY ALL FEEL CHEATED from how they're ancestors were treated.

Yea, that pretty much sums up my point, you racist piece of shit.

I don't even need the studies upon studies backing it up. Glad you feel all blacks are lazy.

I mean seriously, read this.

I thought it was funny when Howard Stern ran a poll on his show. He sent a crew out to the streets to interview people about the upcoming presidential election when Obama was going for his 1st term. He asked all black people a similar thing "How do you feel about Obama having Palin as his possible Vice President" Every black guy said the same thing, "oh yeah, its great, I think they know what they're doing".
Goes to show you, they don't care about anything. They just want to stick it ole whitey when they can.

LEK,
I'm not racist, I'm just calling it like I see it. If you have investment property, and you want to rent it out, If it goes to a black family, you will definitely have issues down the road getting your rent. Its just how it is. You put a Hispanic family in, you're set for years. I'm not making this up, its how it is.
Same goes for any business thats blue collar.

yeah hoss you can admit you discriminate based on race and as long as you preface it with "i'm not racist" you're in the clear

hahaa! Johnny, I don't hate black people, I don't dislike them. But I do run a business that relies on consistentcy and trust. And black people, in lower income areas, do not pay rent or make my life easy. This isn't a hypothesis, this is what we've all learned.

We do this every 6 months. You get punted away and shown your "facts" are bogus, and you come back every time doing the same stuff...
Dude what the hell are you talking about? I have never discussed this topic in all my years on the board. This thread is a great example of why. I'm gonna give you the benefit of the doubt, that you've got me confused with someone else, before I go any further. Once you've realized your mistake, feel free to own up to it.

I love the Paddock so touching much

Trey Gowdy said there are witnesses who said there was a "stand down order" and there are witnesses who said there was not one. It's hogwash for anyone to take this movie as proof of anything.
You are trying really hard to convince me and yet you say it is not political. Again, Trey Gowdy is a politician that did a very poor job with the hearings. These guys were there and you spout witnesses. I am talking about the ones who actually did the fighting. The CIA from this admin are your witnesses. So, you are siding with Hillary calling these guys and their families liars. That figures, just like some on here who site information this government sends out over people who are actually on the ground seeing what is going on. Not just this situation but, others as well.

I am waiting for Louis to say "I'm not racist I have black friends". It has to be coming up here soon.

There are cultural differences. There are crime statistics. There is a past history that rightfully has led and continues to lead towards animosity between the conquered and the conquerors. There is a history of oppressive police brutality. yada yada yada...

Look, there is ample "wrong" to fuel plenty of hate and distrust on every and any side of this issue. But until folks are willing to move on. To have personal responsibility for their own actions and words. None of this gets better. None of it improves. You keep reopening these old wounds... whether it be a young African American deciding in advance that the deck is stacked or an old rural country employer using tired old stereotypes to deny employment... none of it ever improves so long as these entrenched ideas fester as they are here in this thread.

We can't make it better. We can't go back and change what was. The vast amount of Americans on all sides understand this but yet we let the festering few incite us back into these tired old issues over and over again.

If you wake up in America you have a better chance of making it, of getting a fair shot, than anywhere else on earth. Will it be perfect or are you guaranteed it? No, but there are many avenues to pursue it legally and even criminally rather than descend into hatred, violence, and lawlessness. That is a copout and it only serves to perpetuate the cycle that will never be broken until everyone on all sides understand their life is in their own hands and that today I am going to go about it as best I can with no preconceived ideas about the road ahead. If I fail I will accept the responsibility and try harder. That's what most of us that have done reasonably well should all understand already.

KYBOY is correct.
Look at the people on welfare, look who it is and listen to the reason.
For example, I'm in the housing rental business. Many of my friends are, as well. I hate to sound racist, but if you rent to a black family you can guarantee 100% that at some point, they will have problems paying rent or have issues with the neighbors, something ALWAYS happens. If you rent to a Hispanic family, they never complain, rent is 3 days early, if something is broken..they fix it. What this boils down to is what the black man is taught from a young age. It unmotivated them to succeed or work for what they have. They want the easy way out because they still feel cheated. And that all comes down to what they're taught, the history of it. As I said before--- Lincoln did the right thing, but he knew they'd never forgive us and tried to ship them back.

"I hate to sound racist, but I'm about to say a bunch of super racist shit."

You're the one making it political. "Siding with Hillary", "The CIA from this admin", etc.

No one knows if those two contractors are telling the truth. All we can say for sure is they are trying to sell as many books as they can and ride the Benghazi gravy train as far as it will take them.

So our choices are:

1. Believe Hillary/this administration
2. Believe contractors who were actually there

Pretty easy decision

disgusting. "we" can't say that for sure, only liberals marching in goosestep feel the need to trash men who risked their lives to save others, and received no help in doing so.

we CAN say FOR SURE an administration, and a presidential candidate, must call these heros liars and lie that there was no stand down orders....or be seen as the cowardly traitors they are.

Six separate congressional panels have concluded that there was never a "stand down" order given. It was a CIA matter, but go ahead and play political football with it.

Racism—(original definition) the belief that all members of a purported race possess characteristics, abilities, or qualities specific to that race, especially so as to distinguish it as inferior or superior to another race or other races. Racism is a particular form of prejudice defined by preconceived erroneous beliefs about race and members of racial groups.

I'm definitely not as up on the Benghazi fiasco as you all, but I thought the main issue was the admin not giving a "go help those poor souls" order. More or less left them on their own.

And by "Main issue", I'm excluding the absolute most ridiculous part where all of Obama's admin lied their damn asses off about some stupid touching video.

Not to mention he is in violation of federal law if his posts are true that he is an employer and landlord. Mr. Skunt better hope this thread doesn't get forwarded to the EEOC and that they do not trace his IP address.

It was a premeditated attack and the Obama administration initially said it was a spontaneous response to the anti-muslim movie. But panel after panel, made up of Republicans and Democrats alike, has found no evidence that a "stand down" order was issued.

So some publishers and movie makers have stepped in because there's money to be made from the angry, anti-government crowd that can't seem to get enough Benghazi.

the men on the ground who risked their lives to save others & watched their teammates killed tell this story, not some fiction right wing fantasy invented by book publishers & Hollywood

or, tell whatever lies to soothe yourself in order to justify dragging Hillary & her walker into the White House

Wait, so our military was advised to "stand down", according to them, and our government held multiple "panels" (lol) to say otherwise. Why would you go through all that (panels...lol) it you weren't lying? You wouldn't. It would be a non issue.

I am sickened at the amount of people that trust our government. The scary part is I believe the trust is actually stronger with the millenials/kids. Maybe I'm way off.

Bradley Cooper and others made a load of money buying the rights to AS after Hollywood had no interest. Sure is interesting though to see how discussed and vetted certain movies are these days...esp by those on here that didn't vote for Obama (wink wink) and will not vote for HRC (triple wink), and don't like the movie due to its director (quad wink).

But you do not understand what that money is spent on. If we got the right people in office who would stop the corrupt spending and the wasteful spending in the military, we could build the military back up to levels needed to keep this country strong and save money at the same time. Believe me, we spend money the wrong way in the military. I have said this time and again on here.

Yup. Look up the Air Force tanker fiasco. Congress actually exercised intelligent oversight, and people lost their jobs for the incredible wasteful spending they were trying to inflict on the American people.

Yes, personnel and equipment. I like the F35, just not the cost. But, I am talking about the our overpriced parts, services from contractors, and the money spent mindlessly just because it is there. By that I mean if your unit is given a budget of $500,000.00 which has been the assessed amount for your unit to function and somehow because of good management you use just half of it, you will not have that kind of budget going forward so, commanders make sure they spend it all to ensure they have what they need for the future. In some cases buying things they don't need.

I read up on this stuff a while back (~ 2004 and ~ 2007) because I was involved with spending use it or lose it money in August/September (October 1 budget resets). It's crazy, but apparently it reduces spending in the aggregate. Could be baloney, but I would at least want to see more info before scrapping the use it or lose it system. Anyways, it got a project funded for me for ~$350,000 (I was in a test unit at the time). Used the equipment for that project for testing for years, both in the Air Force and as a contractor. It later transitioned to operational equipment when expansion was faster than hardware production (drone program grew exponentially). Good memories.

Most prescient moment by a POTUS ever by the most under appreciated president of the last 150 years.

Most finance and corp leadership are liberals. Just look where Obama fundraises. Or what the voting looks like in the power centers (DC, NYC, SV). Not complicated.

Saying NYC (~8m people) heavily supported Obama is fact. You can't extrapolate from that that "[m]ost finance and corp leadership are liberals." While that may be true, it's not at all supported by the millions of NYC area votes. Finance and corporate "leadership" makes up, what, a fraction of a percent in NYC? Or is it a fraction of a hundredth of a percent?

Weren't the panels referenced here the Republican-led Congressional investigations? That's what the 2014 link was referring to. If so, are you suggesting that Republicans in Congress are scheming with the administration and Hillary? I think there's an Occam's Razor argument here.

Sure you can, both with data (4 of HRCs top donor participant companies are NYC finance firms, via opensecrets) and with the trail of when and where the POTUS has gone for fundraising and the guest lists. He's not going the Manhattan to meet with reg citizens. As for SV all the following titans are active supporters: Zuckerberg, Cook, Benioff, Schmidt (Google actually works the HRC data campaign), Ellison. Add Warren Buffett who is going out on the trail with HRC. I am not going to mine the data but the bigger point that was made is that the GOP does not control those power structures as was stated.
