Some day go down the rabbit hole of the murder convictions overturned after being in prison for 10/20/30 years.
Scary stuff, easy to ignore when it’s not yourself,
I don’t want murdersrs on death row forever, but I don’t know what standard of guilt you can use to ensure you don’t hurriedly execute an innocent person.

Well here's one where the murder was 23 years ago, the defendant clearly did it, the defendant is stating he wants to get the execution over with because he deserves it, and the courts are still freaking delaying it.

Lets reduce the activist judge discussion down to the judge that ordered usaid get their 2 billion dollars. His wife was the ceo of an organization directly funded by usaid grants. That issue was never disclosed to the parties.
Do you agree this constitutes a direct financial tie that requires the judge to recuse or at least requires the judge to disclose to the parties so they can request recusal?
I have no issue with a random federal district court judge making a bad ruling. That's baked into the cake because most judges at any level are either incompetent or borderline incompetent.
That said, there is zero authority that im aware of, either actual or via logic, that allows a district court judge to issue an order that has national reach. By the very appointment and creation of the judicial districts, its inherent their power reaches no further than their district. Otherwise the federal judiciary would've been set up without districts.
Secondly, trump and co need to be very careful attacking the entire judiciary because of some obviously corrupt judges. No need to throw an entire history of respect for the separation of powers into the trash especially when you clearly have other avenues of successfully challenging the ruling and their power.
One of those avenues includes tracking all the usaid money to their end sources, which will absolutely get all of these rogue judges. There is a very clear reason these cases are filed in front of them. Doge clearly has the ability to track it down, they just stopped for whatever reason after the initial layer of usaid corruption. This is the best method to root out these people for good.
Hate to go back to it, but I warned all this would happen when doge let usaid back up off the mat. They got their money back and its been the easily foreseeable onslaught ever since. Everything from lawfare, to doxxing, to organized violence; all usaid trademarks.

What little im reading of people's jfk files takes, i find the most interesting:
1) Israel involvement are the maybe the only redactions in the entire document. Many are speculating they did it, but i think its more complex than just that.
We know the cia started forever ago running its dirtiest ops through other countries so they could a) maintain deniability and b) avoid having to keep files on those activities. They still the exact same thing today.
So i think the cia enlisted israel to either provide intel, take the shots, and/or be backup in case shots missed.
2) this thread shows how the cia planned and actually executed a plan of setting up elaborate movie sets and filming movies to pretend certain things happened elsewhere that never happened at all.
In the example here, Hollywood movie industry people provided all the services, sets, etc to shoot a scandalous sexual encounter in Hollywood but make it look like it was a prominent Russian official and it happening in Moscow.
I was already skeptical of our trip to the moon but now i am pretty sure it was this exact same elaborate setup. We know for sure theyd do it to tarnish russian targets, so why wouldn't they do the same thing to promote us exceptionalism?

Not only are the judges obviously conflicted. They’re doing bullshit like quoting Hamilton the musical and randomly looking up incorrect stats on the internet to include in their opinions.
They’ve made a mockery of our entire legal system.

You're exactly right. Nothing will happen. Theyre basically immune from recourse unless there is some very specific proof of corruption. Bad decisions, even many, isnt enough. Thats probably a good thing overall.
The only hope is doge gets back on tracking usaid money. If they don't, all the blustering is just political theater.

If you watch her when on tv or walking with the president, she seems to be enjoying the moment. Spotlight is all she is there for. Not indifferent to the way the Obama's acted when on camera. The right is made up of law-abiding citizens. They don't fear people that sit there and take it, and unfortunately that's what the right has done and keeps doing. The ones that have done something, even if it's a minor thing, are sitting in prison or bankrupted for standing up.
I'd like to think we can change it, but our AG and executive branch are just doing photo ops on these issues. No idea when or if they'll get around to actually prosecuting the offenders destroying the country and its people.
This is very valid. When the United States indicts someone, they have to try the case within 70 days unless the defense wants/agrees to a continuance. So the typical practice is to have your case literally ready for trial at the time the indictment is filed.
For whatever reason, she isnt giving me much confidence. However im still giving her the benefit of the doubt for a couple more months.
