No judge has the power to rule IN the Executive Branch what the Executive leader decides to do within the Executive branch of government. It is laughable a Federal judge or any judge would think any order they'd render would be admissible of anything but their bias and communist intentions.
Until he is locked up along with many hundred's of others, nothing is happening except headlines and news. I pray it is not only headlines and news...
