No judge has the power to rule IN the Executive Branch what the Executive leader decides to do within the Executive branch of government. It is laughable a Federal judge or any judge would think any order they'd render would be admissible of anything but their bias and communist intentions.

I don't know either, but without it, only USSC could stop things even temporarily, and there isn't enough USSC to keep up with all the suits on their own. Net, might as well do away with judicial oversight altogether if these judges can't do it. Imagine what else the Bidens would have gotten away with.
