Meet NOLA police chief Anne Kirkpatrick. Born 1959. Fired as Oakland Police Chief and hired in NOLA 2023. Promptly runs over two pedestrians in the street and when asked why she hit them replied, "Well, if I had seen them I wouldn't have hit them."

Expect to hear more about this woman in the coming days.

Born in 1959 my ass, I guarantee the old woman seen the Ohio river when it was a creek!

I say this thankfully mind you but that thing was road hard and put up wet multiple times (Long ago and by what I will not imagine...) I have seen those and a few her age that looked rough but darn some doing the decision-making have to use a little common sense.. Oops, excuse me, that is for when President Trump takes office. No common sense required yet...

I know a number of you guys have military backgrounds. How do you join the Navy, and a month later discharged....but then serve in the Army? Just seems weird to me.

'Prior to his service in the Army, Fox News confirmed that he attempted to first join the Navy. He was discharged before he could have served in the Navy.

"Our records show that a Shamsuddin Bahar Jabbar enlisted on Aug. 12, 2004, in Navy Recruiting District Houston and was discharged from the Delayed Entry Program one month later on Sept. 13, 2004. He did not go to Recruit Training Command," the spokesperson with the U.S. Navy said.'

What happened today, along with the daily stories of an illegal killing, raping, hurting an American whether in a violent attack or almost daily an illegal DUI killing someone....these are all f-cking avoidable.

The fact that they are easily preventable is the most sickening part every time they happen. I can't imagine someone trying to explain to a mother and a father that their child was run over and murdered by Islamic trash or that their love one was set on fire by someone from South America cause one political party said we really need to give a welcome mat to the world's worst people.

An immigration policy that 1) shuts the southern border down and 2) a policy that says Muslims stay in your home country cause you f-cking can't live among us peaceably...you and your vile cult aren't welcome...that policy is the only one that makes sense. But unfortunately, half our country would rather live with this carnage then read a history book. Half our country thinks it's racist or some phobia to say obvious things about Islam or the third world.
That's what makes it most infuriating. I hope when Biden/Mayorkas are burning in hell they are repeatedly shown images of those who died because of what they allowed.

Sir,

Not a recruiting expert by a long shot though I did work for the recruiting command for a good while, the delayed entry program hasn't fully vetted the person initially and they'd have to go through again a full investigation and could have been dropped or asked to be dropped for multiple reasons. (Being broad on purpose in the explanation department.)

Couple reasons. Real quick.

1. 2004 = 20 years ago. US involved heavily in Iraq and Afghanistan at that time. Army accepts some applicants Navy cannot.

2. Enlistment standards changed over the years as demographics evolved. Recruiters have quotas to meet. I, myself, have been on production for a very brief stint and faced such quotas. If Shamsuddin Bahar Jabbar was otherwise eligible, some recruiter somewhere, put him in boots.

3. Shamsuddin Bahar Jabbar may have possessed a special skill (i.e Language).

Don't know, but there is such a thing as an entry level discharge. Basically a branch of service has 180 days to decide if you are more trouble than you are worth. If you purposefully mess up, they may take a different route, but they have the option for what would be a neutral separation. this might not count against you in an attempt to join a different branch.

Um, no, Sam.

The stock market isn't the economy.

Good god, you are too easy:

Just face it, you're a partisan apologist...you don't even understand half the things you post. You'll literally believe anything you're told

Biden could shit in his hand on stage wipe on his face and say folks this is what leaders do. Then you'd find some odd ass article that agrees with your confirmation bias and say "see it's True!"

You don't have a clue about stocks and how they reflect/impact the economy.
You are the parrot that squawks "the economy stinks" regardless of all the facts that say otherwise.
Hoping none of us see a shi**y economy and recession under Rump.
Are all these red states lying about their unemployment records too??

Yeah, I have seen many soldiers over the years who either transferred from the Navy, AirForce, or the Marines and wound up in the Army for whatever reason. Had a battery commander who was given a chance to switch from the navy where he was a finance officer to the Army. Not sure how but the why seemed to be he was inept.

The guy was born in Texas and later radicalized. What should Biden have done about it? What would Trump have done?

Just shut up you fool. Stay in your lane babysitter. You have no idea what drives the market or how/why a stock goes up or down. Stop stepping on rakes.

You better hope like hell we don’t determine this animal’s accomplices are illegals who entered our country and are operating as a terrorist cell radicalizing people within our border. Your entire, sad, narrative depends upon it.

Trump would have put on his POTUS cape and flew in front of the truck and stopped it. Biden was probably asleep most of today until someone woke him and told him he had 6 hours to prepare for a teleprompter speech.

I already sent you back to your momma's basement on facts this week. Just stay down there where you belong.
Ring the bell for your Spaghettios and go to bed.

Nice priorities you had there in Houston, FBI.

Anyone within the FBI, DOJ, the military, or any other federal agencies that has said and acted like right-wing extremism is some great threat to the nation has to removed from their jobs. It wasn't the right-wing burning and looting are cities in recent years (George Floyd), it's not the right-wing murdering people nightly in cities like Chicago....it's not the right-wing taking over apartment complexes in Colorado...it wasn't the right-wing that wanted people's livelihood taken from them if they didn't get a vaccine and wear a mask. It wasn't right-wing sending FBI agents to school board meetings or throwing peaceful people who hate babies getting murdered in federal prison. Jan. 6th wasn't within 100 miles of being as bad as any of that sh-t.

Along with those people, anyone in any agency or department that can thank their job to DEI has to be sent packing.

I don’t have a narrative. Just the facts as they come out.
