Very much so. Saul Alinsky style. Isolate your enemy and demonize him. Like this CEO. You have the majority of the leftist activists and rank-and-file applauding the assassin. Clearly being atheists makes it easier to do. The ends justify the means because there is no moral underpinning to anything. Its situational and subjective. Their "morality" is on a spectrum or a totem. Depending on your place on the totem, the left who are largely failures in their own life, can justify your elimination. You are evil simply because you are in a better place in your life than they are. They are universally horrible people and that is why they largely fail.

My pay wasn't great but I lived within my means, stayed out of debt, paid off my house and drove inexpensive cars for 10 plus years a vehicle.
Not everyone is capable of that. If you are... It was not a bad living so long as you had a working spouse.
Would not recommend it as a career now though. Worse pay. Worse benefits. No decent pension. No SS benefits.
It's a dead end career now if you want a comfortable life and retirement.
Pay was not great back then but better comparatively than it is today. Only place it pays to teach in Ky is Jeff Co and that is a rough gig for the $$$.

Honestly, I had to put headphones on, turn the volume way up and listen to this clip about 5 times before I could understand that he said something about computer chips the size of your fingernail. He's basically incoherent.
I guess I haven't lost all my humanity yet as there is still a part of me that feels sorry for anyone, and their family, who goes through this dementia/Alzheimer's situation. While he was still compos mentos, he was as corrupt as any politician and more than most. I believe it's patently obvious that Hunter was the bag man, selling 'access' to Joe while he was VP and it looked like his political career was over as the DNC picked Hillary to run in 2016. But, that small part of me still feels sorry that he's suffering from this. Never should have been the President as we all know now that he was severely compromised 4 years ago and has only gotten worse. I don't believe he knows what's going on more than a few hours a day. Shame on his family for forcing him into this role when it's probably accelerated his deterioration.

For the record I'm with you, and agree 100%. I'm a red blooded male conservative. I love Trumps policies but his rhetoric is stupid. People can call me a woman if they want. A real man doesn't feel the need to constantly insult people, he let's his actions do the talking. I'd simply like my president to act the same. I voted for Trump, and I'm overall a fan. But he's emotionally immature. It's one of his flaws. We all have flaws. It's ok to think and admit a person you voted for has them. I was really hoping Trump would grow up this time. Guess we just have to take the bad with the good. Oh well.

Enjoying the hell out of my ride. Great career, wife, kids, grandkids, family and friends. That's all that matters at the end of the day. I have zero regrets.

Actually my "main" company is 100 years old so I certainly appreciate and celebrate the economic engine that my ancestors created. It survived the great depression so my family and my lineage will be able to have a better life. I could certainly sell my company, get calls at least once a month, but I owe it to family, before me and after, NOT to cash in.
I will also put in place anything I can to prevent my heirs from cashing in. We have a decent transition plan in place but with as many family involved, some with lesser ties and emotion...I do not trust them not to take the easier path.
Anyway, I think it is my duty to make my family and my family's family have the opportunity to continue.

I already said I love his policies. And I like seeing him play hardball. I just don't LOVE the tweeting side of his presidency. You know, you don't have to love everything he does, you can be critical of him
