As much as the left celebrates Clinton, I've never been sure that he would have been president minus Perot. He may have won in 92 but it would have been much closer.
I agree with you. And I think the fact that he mentioned Mitch as viable chair of the DNC only confirms that Carville's cheese has slipped off his cracker.

Had no idea she was Pat's daughter. Seems I read that she lives in Jacksonville.
I used to have an office in J'ville so I would fly in/out on a regular basis. Many times I saw Pat in the airport...in the bar/lounge. Before he got sober. Talked with him briefly once in that the guy who met me at the airport knew him. I believe at that time he lived, or had a place, out on Amelia Island....but not sure.
Big Pharma lobbyist should be a huge red flag. Wonder how RFK jr feels about her?

Evidently, per Twitter, liberal women are now "punishing" men by abstaining from sex, due to the election. Also, per Twitter, there is now a movement for conservative women to start having more babies.

Trump has even taken office yet, and somehow:

1. He's reducing abortions
2. He's convinced the useless Dem women to have less children and the hot Repub women to have more sex and babies.

This guy is unbelievable.

Buying concerts and bussing people in to make it look like you have supporters is expensive.
The rap concerts were so ghetto. I also can’t imagine signing off as a candidate to pay Lizzo for her endorsement. 😂

He wouldn’t have been. Perot pulled from Bush more than anyone.

This is the kind of demographic shift that I approve of and that the country needs.

The house is now 216 to 208. Republicans are favored in at least four of those remaining 11 seats.

Considering the election, these results are not in line with the remainder of the election. The Republicans need to figure out how to do better in the midterms because they do not want Pelosi and Jeffries putting Trump on trial again. What a waste of resources and time.

The house should have been at least at 230.
I absolutely agree with you. A huge part of the problem IMO is the Census Bureau flubbed up the 2020 reapportionment, allowing blue states to have more seats than they should have and conversely costing red states those number of seats.

Also, I believe New York State was somehow allowed to have a do-over redistricting before the 2024 elections, which I believe cost the GOP 1 or 2 seats(?).

I guess now the cake is largely baked in until 2030 with respect to districting. It will be interesting to watch how ongoing population shifts affect how the vote totals unfold in the swing districts.

I really hope Trump can do something to reduce the size of the Federal Gov. He needs to start by thinning out all the redundances (various agencies doing the same thing) and getting rid of programs that can be done by the private sector.
Fed Chair Powell and various Fed members have stated for some time that unemployment has to rise to choke off inflation.

Well, I can think of no better place to start cutting jobs than the fed govt.

When Gutfeld said "legacy media is dead." do you think fox corporate execs started planning his exit?

(or does having the number one late night talkshow in the country, by a lightyear, give him enough muscle to get away with it?_
I dont think cable news falls into legacy media...thats more nyt, wapo, CBS, ABC, NBC

I mean i guess they could and, but I dont think that's what they mean.

Hannity, who i can't stand, said it too. And fox won't get rid of him, he's a company man

Fair point.

That will keep unemployment elevated for quite some time. Most of those people will be of no use to anyone in the private sector. People with no skill of any kind.

Good call. I’m doing the same as well. When Taco Bell is still priced the same and we don’t get those pre-COVID prices again, I’m going to complain. When the price of things go up due to tariffs it’ll be interesting to see who they blame. Or will they be happy to pay the high prices to “own the libs”? Or do they really believe China will pay for it? Lol.

You are aware the Biden administration kept the trump tariffs in place, correct?

The Basics of Psychological Projection

The theory of psychological projection was developed by Sigmund Freud, an Austrian psychologist commonly referred to as the “father of psychoanalysis.” For this reason, psychological projection is sometimes called “Freudian projection.” During his sessions with patients, Freud noticed that they would sometimes accuse others of having the same feelings they themselves were demonstrating. By engaging in this behavior, the patient was better able to deal with the emotions he or she was experiencing.

The classic example of Freudian projection is that of a woman who has been unfaithful to her husband but who accuses her husband of cheating on her. Another example of psychological projection is someone who feels a compulsion to steal things then projects those feelings onto others. She might begin to fear that her purse is going to be stolen or that she is going to be shortchanged when she buys something.

Projection is not always as dramatic or as easily identifiable, however. An instance of projection that most people can relate to is when they come across someone they do not like, but are forced to interact with on a somewhat-polite level. For example, Jessica begins to resent her sister-in-law, Carla, for being so close to her husband.

More proof..that being a lib is mental deficiency

One good thing out of Kamala losing.

Ella's modeling career should skyrocket now.

Companies will not have to appear to be buying favors and can put her out there as the face of any company.

I see massive success in her future as a model, spokesperson, and maybe an actress.
