Back to the topic of abortion, as it was a big deal in this election. The Dem base demanded that Harris pursue an extremist federal abortion law. Trump seems done with the issue, on a federal level. The issue hurt Harris outside of her extremist base, because most people who view themselves as leaning pro-abortion probably see the issue as not paramount in federal elections, because they have the issue at a state level. The issue also hurt Harris with anyone who leans left, but is pro-life or leans pro-life. She made that issue front and center for these people. Harris with a Dem legislative branch would install extremist abortion laws. Now, an issue that should no longer be federal, is made federal by the Dems and that makes them impossible to vote for, for some portion of voters. The Dems have made it so that Dem candidates CANNOT be moderate on that issue. It’s a beast of their own making.
It was not the deciding issue. That is one reason Trump won and gained ground in very blue territory. Those people knew Trump would not change abortion rights for them.

If you're angry at the outcome of the election, remember to point the finger at your own democrat political party. They failed you. Not Republicans, not Trump, but your own political affiliation that decided for you, who was going to run. And instead of picking a viable candidate that could maybe reach across the aisle, they played into your feelings by picking a "black" woman, despite every warning sign that she was totally unfit for the job.
