1) Who is innocent?
2) Who is ahead?
The conflict is almost 80 years old. Which side is innocent? Who has killed more?
I don't know about you but I remember in history class reading about a conflict called The Hundred Years War and I just couldn't believe that people were ever that stupid and vicious. Apparently, human beings can still be that stupid and vicious.

You have the GOP, whose position is 100% focused on illegal immigration.
You have the DNC, perceptually less likely to go after illegal immigration.
You have the US, whose declining population is also a factual inhibitor to US dominance for future generations.
Why the **** aren't leaders talking about smart immigration plans? Yeah, we can talk about illegal immigration. First get legal immigration right. We do need workers. So make a ****ing smart plan that enhanced the US economy.

Arizona and Georgia together have 3 Dem Senators who won by fewer votes than the number of victims of COVID in their states. Did the failure to be rational about COVID elect 3 Dems to the Senate? Will calculated attempts to suppress Democratic votes elect Harris instead? 6 weeks and we see. The Heritage Foundation (a conservative think tank) showed their was no illegal voter issue. (38 votes over 40 years) So, will Republicans be hurt by their own paranoia?

Why in the hell would rank and file union members support Democrats?
A thinking person (aka conspiracy theorist) would look at these two events and understand the risks of "the internet of everything" they've been hooking it all up to for over a decade, maybe even see it as a weaponization. Not as crazy now that it's being used against people.
If you fix legal immigration and streamline the process you won't have nearly as many people trying to hop the fence since they can get in legally.

I get the poll, I just don't see them endorsing Harris and this seems to foreshadow it. Them not endorsing her would be a devestating blow.
This is a long distance diner/coffee shop where people of similar insterests would pull up a chair and share news and perspectives, and discuss their implications. At some point, that group of like minded people ignores or kicks out the people that always want to invent arguments, lie about their intentions and preferences, and want their coffee and breakfast paid for by someone else.
