Stem the tide for a few months to sway votes then reopen the floodgates as soon as he takes office.

So disagreeing with something she said is RAYSIS!!Remember this is the woman who told the goofy left to confront members of the Trump administration in public.
Will it counter with verifiable and factual evidence to back up their claims?
So disagreeing with something she said is RAYSIS!!
What is this supposed hierarchy?
You’re catching on, aren’t you?So you're arguing you have no self-determination right now in America? Because that's exactly what taxes already do.
You’re catching on, aren’t you?
He would work out fine, I believe. Wondering if he's too entrenched at Baylor. What would yall think about hiring Scott Drew? Seems pretty clear he is the favorite at this point.
I'd prefer Hurley or Oats... but I suspect Mitch gave those 2 lip service because Drew is a close friend. What would yall think about hiring Scott Drew? Seems pretty clear he is the favorite at this point.
Your examples have nothing to do with liberty. The ability to afford something you want has nothing do with whether or not you are a free person. In your example, Fiji, lobster, etc., are all finite resources. Price is the most efficient way to allocate those resources. Everyone still can't live on the beach in Fiji, irrespective of the economic system. In your world, the government would allocate those finite resources. So who would live on the beach and eat lobster, the bureaucrats that run the system, or the people who do their bidding. Either way, finite resources have to be allocated. One method is efficient and driven by market forces. The other is inefficient and driven by individuals who hand them out as favors or take them for their own.We aren't just 'free' to do whatever we'd like. Why not move to Fiji and live on the beach? Because it's too expensive. Why? Because that beautiful stretch of beach is a finite resource that's value is more than any one of us can accrue. Why not spend your time golfing or finishing that project that you really want to do? Because you have to finance that time with your production/labor. Why not eat lobster every night? Because the finite number of lobsters couldn't support the entire population doing that even if we were all billionaires. Why not fly to the moon? Because we can't fly or breathe in space. Every single person in this world has real, material constraints on them every millisecond of every day. Be they eat, drink, sleep, or piss. The more we can free ourselves from that material drudgery the better for us all. Most everyone here's old/poor enough to remember washing dishes and clothes by hand. Those who are fortunate enough to never have to do those things again because we've replaced them with machines can appreciate that blessing.
Wow...Scott Drew is staying at Baylor.
Apparently Drew turned him down. Rafters and HOB heading for meltdown mode.He would work out fine, I believe. Wondering if he's too entrenched at Baylor.
The easy button option for Mitch is no longer in play. Drew didn't really move the excite needle for me personally, but I certainly would have supported him if he had accepted the job.Wow...Scott Drew is staying at Baylor.
If it’s worth it to automate at $20/hr it would eventually be worth it to automate at less than that, whatever the current wage is, once the technology improves and operating costs comes down. It’s the same problem. Duh.What happens when a group of politicians inject their failed policy into private business, artificially setting the wage min in an industry (for those they target) at $20/hr making automation more cost effective? Eliminating your job by their total lack of understanding of the market. The politicians should lose their jobs and be tarred and feathered.
So you’ve got nothing. Great contribution.I guess I will retire and live off the government cheese, get a free flip phone, loot stores and sell Korean Gucci bags on Limestone......you know, same as liberals do.
Then what’s the difference? You already live under that regime now. While claiming America is the best country on the planet and to love or leave it. So take your own advice. You’re catching on, aren’t you?
You get more and more desperate as the number of people who support your “taxation is theft” nonsense declines every day. Even the MAGAs you’ve hitched your horse to are tax and spend populists.Taxation is theft.
For every low information and/or uneducated person who happens to read and agree with his "arguments" posted here, there are undoubtedly ten ultra don't tread on me libertarians created.
Not only does he want to tax you to the point you can't send your kids to better schools or work in the family business, he wants to take away all that you've earned once you die.
