The reason Beijing Biden wasn't charged was because he is so cognitively gone that it would be like going into a nursing home and taking a patient out of bed and putting him on trial. The 2nd reason & probably the main reason was because the trial would have been in Washington DC. A jury in DC could have a video of Beijing Biden committing the rape & murder of a 10 year old child & they still wouldn't find him guilty. He wasn't charged because despite overwhelming evidence he would have never been found guilty in DC.If you're referring to the top secret documents cases....the reason Biden wasn't charged is because he fully cooperated and turned over everything when asked. 100 percent cooperation.
Trump refused. He also made attempts to hide the documents and enlisted the help of others to obstruct the case.
Huge difference. Trump also shared those docs with others.
That's why he may end up in jail.

That being said…if you’re using Apple, China has your data. Likely Android as well. The US gov and really any other foreign entity can turn on your phone, mic, camera, have access whenever they feel like it. See Pegasus software and other various spywares. I mean, we are currently letting Chinese spy balloons tour our country and doing nothing. Even worse we spent two years putting q-tips up our noses for the sniffles and allowing China and other countries access to millions of our DNA samples, etc so needless to say, our personal privacy is a laughable concern these days to our government.

I just heard on the radio that there is a bill in the US Senate to allow non-citizens to vote in national elections. I'm pretty sure every Democrat will vote for it, so it'll pass. If the US House approves it, we've lost America. All the Trumpsters, MAGA, conspiracy theorists shouted from the rooftops that opening our borders had one purpose: to let in an enormous amount of new voters who would, presumably, vote for the Democrats. And, many people rolled their eyes at the 'crazies' spouting such foolishness. Well, seems like the 'crazies' were, once again, 100% correct. That is exactly what they're trying to accomplish.
As a corollary, counting non-citizens in the census to determine representation in the House is, also, in essence allowing them to vote, is it not? They are NOT citizens. Therefore, they should not be allowed to vote nor should they count in the US census of American CITIZENS, which determines the number of Representatives a state has in the US House. Why are the R's letting the D's get away with stuff like this? Are they too stupid, too scared or too complicit to put up any fight?

This would be a horrible situation, of course, no question. Can you or others supply links that report this legislation has been proposed ?? Thanks, in advance.
