Mine I take one part chuck, one part brisket point, then half part bacon, grind into burger. Best to chill brisket point and bacon prior to blending. Then patty out into bun width patties. Then normal seasoning of salt and pepper but then I brush mine with the W sauce. I grill one 100 % charcoal with a chuck of applewood seasoning in direct until your choice of done. NEVER EVER SMASH burgers while cooking, if so look for a very dry product.

Yeah Brassow posts in this thread almost every day so I'm surprised he had that take. I've definitely criticized him for his spending among other things and others have as well and still do when warranted. It's made up that his supporters never criticize him.
