Of course, a large portion of this country are in major debt because they cannot control their own spending and many are now because of how inflation have forced them to charge on credit cards the essential items needed to survive now.

What republican party in the last 70 years tried cutting real spending? Deficits have always been higher under Republicans. They spend out the ass while also giving their rich donors tax cuts and loopholes to abuse. The only real discretionary spending you can cut that makes a difference is military. That is Something a republican has never proposed cutting. They always find some stupid research grant for a few million as their token "cut". The army has tried for 20 years to stop building tanks en mass, we have thousands in storage. But it's a GoP jobs program and payoff for donors. It's all a sad joke

Only thing 2.9% growth did for Q4 was delay a recession. Btw the world being in upheaval is not a win. We've sent over $100billion there in'22. We sent billions there since 2014. We have no national interest in Ukr yet spend billions there. Being the #1 currency by far isn't the same as being the worlds reserve currency. The point of your age is that you should have figured out by now that we can print money and buy things... other countries can't do that without consequences. You should know this. You should know history at least pretty well... Rome, Greece, Egypt, Persia, Britain... they all reached a point where they were the #1 currency and then they weren't, and they quickly suffered after that.

It isn't a minute change. You could only buy oil in US dollars until last year. Now you are able to buy oil in Yuan, Ruble, gold, Silver and a couple other forms of exchange. Even countries that would align with US interest are signing on to Brics new petrol exchanges because they just can't trust our State Dept to not come in and screw up their economy.

He wasn't complaining about the money, he was complaining that the Daily Wire calls itself one of the biggest "right wing" online media companies that is fighting against Big Tech and against the leftist culture. But here they are making sure that everyone on their staff doesn't step out of line of Big Tech and the Daily Wire is essentially just an extension of Big Tech.

I get Daily Wire is a company and the entire idea of the company is to maximize profit. But they can't get upset when they sell themselves as a company who is fighting the culture war, while behind the scenes they fine their employees if they don't walk step by step with Big Tech.
