Did you read the links you posted? It's all older polling than I linked. And none of it even says what you're claiming. I linked specifically "Pro-life" and "Pro-choice" which is the claim you made. Most of your linked polls don't even ask that question, and the related questions don't support your posit either. This is a long, but excellent article on how this came to be. It's from this past march. They were self sufficient for fifty years until they banned synthetic fertilizer. Originally, to get them past subsistence farming, the gov subsidized manmade fertilizer. They developed a middle class with surplus crops.
Now that the economy is destroyed, the gov has revisited it's position. Synthetic fert is allowable again for key crops, but now the subsidy doesn't exist. The fertilizer has to be imported with us dollars. Their once stable, abundant, exported tea crop provided those dollars.

I'd be surprised if they do litigate. Right now, all the info and data on fake accounts is under lock and key with the NDA. Once they sue....that is definitely fair game in discovery and likely becomes a public record. If that info becomes public, they're in deep sh1t because it will show they've knowingly mislead tons of people about unique user base. That has massive contractual implications and would also likely tank their stock.
