The focus of this article to explain the ease of ordering a firearm. They compare it to shopping on eBay ok which is true. Then they gloss over the fact you have to have federal background check and pick it up from an ffl. That seems to me to be a pretty fn huge difference than Amazon or eBay. Folks need to pay attention to the laws already in place instead of acting like anyone can walk in and buy a gun:

In Kentucky, it’s law that all exterior doors should be locked at all times. Classroom doors are also to be locked at all times. There are other procedures mandated for entrance into a school. School’s shouldn’t be lax on these measures at any time.

At my wife's school the exterior doors are always locked. You buzz in up front. All classroom doors are shut throughout the day except when Kids are changing rooms. All the teachers have stuff covering up windows on the doors. I don't think they have exterior windows anywhere except the library. But people are people so I always see side doors propped open when they are shuffling stuff around or going to recess. They are phasing armed SROs back in next year.

Kentucky at least tries to do it right but like you said, people are people. Armed SROs make a huge difference IMO. They’re not failsafe, but they offer a layer of protection that isn’t otherwise there. Keeping doors closed and having a double layer of protection at main entrances are the way to go. There should not be more protection at sporting events and concerts than places children frequent, like school.

The amount of evidence Durham brought to the trial should be a no brainer but Sussman and his lawyers knew the jury would never convict him based on their unbelievably biased connections to Hilary and the Democrat party.
