I was involved in a few acquisitions back in the day. After the initial negotiations and offer to buy...we spent weeks/months going thru the books, inventory, etc of the company(s) we were looking to buy. One company...we found that they had overstated a number of different things....so we walked away from that deal.

My vote went for the jtown mayor. A lot of people like him. If he wins I hope he brings his police chief with him. People are fed up. I wont be surprised at all if the republican becomes mayor.
