We might not know the President is going to be on 11/9. Trump is apparently exceeding most expectations....but by how much? In KY and IN, by a lot....but that's only a good sign, not a definite one.

If it's within 5 electoral votes we may have to wait until December because there are legitimate electors on both sides saying they will refuse to vote for Trump or Hillary

Put it this way. Floridians re-elected a Republican governor who is one awful awful POS. He won twice. Florida is a Red state.
They have been home all day and didn't make it out to vote so extending hours isn't going to to help.
On the flip side there may be some extra people getting off work and may decide now to go ahead and participate.
