I agree with whoever pointed out that people love to throw the "free" term out there a lot. There is no free. Every employer in America verifies an ID during the hiring process. So back to the point, the people you are catering too and acting like you are the heros for, add zero to the economy or anything else, but we must make sure they get a FREE ID (lol) so they can vote as they are told. And I am not talking disabled (which most of the time those are a joke as well), mentally handicapped, etc. But most of those are voting anyway.

I think including voter state ID number on the returned ballot, not the sent ballot, is probably more accurate than trying to match two signatures. Those are all over the map.
