Well whites make up I believe 58% of the population. So if you use that average then that would be 7 of the 12 jurors being white. What are you supposed to do stack the jury with mostly blacks that are being taught by schools, blm, and the media to hate whites right now? I'm sure they would be real impartial in those cases.

I doubt there's really any other way to select juries unless you take the human equation completely out and eventually go to an AI (computer) system that just analyzes the facts and shows no emotion. Don't think we want to open that can of worms.

I'm starting to think pharmacies aren't the best place to get shots from. There are occasional screw ups with the medications they provide already. They've also given people the jab when they were supposed to get the flu shot. Now they can't even administer the right dosages.

I don't usually laugh about people dying but I had to for this person. Bet he wishes he listened to the folks that refused to get the jab and he would still be alive (minus some unknown health issue). It's ridiculous how insane people are about getting the shot.

If you don't get it you either get Covid-19 or you don't and most live just fine after it. You get the jab, all that stays pretty much the same (maybe less severe) but you also introduce the potential side effects caused by the shot. It's going to be pretty screwed up if long term effects of the shot start taking people out as well. You might end up with the population control some want.

Bush v gore does not help TX. They cited safe harbor as the reason they couldn't allow florida anymore time to recount. They said that the recount needed to be uniform and there was no time for the state to push uniformity to every county. So because it was the day before safe harbor they would have to stop and stick with the original count.
The gist was that it was way to late in the process for anymore changes to the election results and things should have been sorted out much sooner. Safe harbor will be past in 1 hr. Say hi to president Biden.

As for the legislators. They and their state constitutions allowed the SoS and governors wide latitude to interpret the election rules however they wanted to and to make deals for how to deal with covid. Almost every state did that, even the ones joining the suit like KY. TX had many rule changes and the governor fought back on some of the ones he agreed to. The constitution has no rules for elections. Scotus will tell the states to use the next year to sort their shit out and quit being crybabies.
There is no reality where scotus sets the precedent that you just sue states everytime your side loses.

I suggest not getting tested. My wife and mother pressured me to go get tested. I was certain I had it due to how bad I felt for a week but didn't want to get tested. All it did was invite the health department into your life. It could cost you money, custody issues, and just problems with certain employers. I got tested. Took three days later to discover I had it. Health Department blew up my phone. Went back three days later and got tested again it was negative.

Want to know how I beat COVID, the world's deadliest virus? Chicken noodle soup. Over the counter meds (going to doctor wasn't necessary) and just rested and watched an obscene amount of movies. Obviously, I'm a superhero.

So anyway, don't get tested. Don't invite the government into your life or the hysteria from the lunatics.

I listened to people until roughly 12:30 AM last Tuesday/Wednesday, saying that Youngkin wouldn’t win because the Dems were going to find all the ballots they needed in Fairfax.

They kept saying this even after it was clear that the votes did not exist. Period.

It’s a bad, and ignorant look to keep beating that drum, even when it’s clear it’s not going to unfold.

Plus, it distracts from legitimate fraud concerns that can be addressed.

That said, yes, we seem to be on the precipice of war. Unfortunately, I don’t see which powerful nation is willing to take a stand against the tyranny. So, who leads? Trump from Mar-a-Lago? Ted Cruz from his perch on Capitol Hill?
