Not a great look for Trump - I agree. But, were you as upset when Libs would make 'jokes' about beheading him or wishing he caught COVID or shooting him or dying somehow? It's 'humor' and not to be taken seriously when a Lib makes a statement about 'enemy of the state' when someone disagrees or wishes physical harm on a conservative. But, if Trump says something dumb and inappropriate (although mostly true), he's a 'disgusting human'. I didn't like Trump as a person - who could? But, I definitely liked his policies much better than open borders, rampant lawlessness in our large cities, exploding the federal budget, eliminating energy independence and causing gas prices to rise, supply chain problems while the Sec of Transportation is changing diapers, Afghanistan withdrawal - need I go on?

The wealthiest 10% of Americans own 89% of all of the stocks available in the U.S., according to CNBC, citing the latest data from the Federal Reserve.
CNBC explained that the richest 1% of Americans gained over $6.5 trillion USD in corporate equities and mutual fund wealth during the pandemic. “The share of corporate equities and mutual funds owned by the top 10% reached the record high in the second quarter, while the bottom 90% of Americans held about 11% of individually held stocks, down from 12% before the pandemic,” the outlet said.
This increase has led to the total wealth of the top 1% of Americans reaching a record 32%, with nearly 70% of their wealth gains over the last year and a half coming from stocks, CNBC said, adding that the top 10% saw their stocks grow in value by 43% between January 2020 and June 2021, according to the Fed.
I’m not sure what you could do about that unless you are for confiscating their wealth. If the market tanks, it is the middle class investor that will be hurt the most.
This is the difference between say Trump and DeSantis. DeSantis is much more calculated in who he attacks.
With that said, this is Trump. The dude is an asshole. But he is who he is and he doesn’t try and act like he’s not an asshole. Powell was a Bush era Republican (worse than a RINO in my opinion) who was vocal about how much he disliked Trump. So ya Trump will take shots at him even after he dies.

Talked with the Mrs a little while ago. She's still on her extended visit to Seattle. I guess in Washington (or maybe just the city) starting the 28th everyone has to show proof of the vax to get in bars and restaurants. As of Monday there in Seattle...the school buses will not be taking kids to school (at least in her daughter's district)...vax mandate for drivers and too many have not/will not get it...therefore shortage of drivers.

The Department of Homeland Security confirmed Tuesday that Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has tested positive for COVID-19, despite being fully vaccinated.
According to the Washington Examiner, Mayorkas tested positive for the virus just days after meeting with President Joe Biden.
"Secretary Mayorkas is experiencing only mild congestion; he is fully vaccinated and will isolate and work at home per CDC protocols and medical advice. Contact tracing is underway," said DHS spokesperson Marsha Espinosa.
