There is just so many things that is so hilariously funny and sad about this. First of all, we are talking about health services here. There is nothing healthy about this individual haha. I mean one of the core missions of the US Public Health Service is.... Improve the Nation's Mental Health...
I mean come on this has to be a joke. Hey lets get that old, overweight, trans person with no military experience to be a 4 star admiral for the US Public Health Service. Ya that makes a ton of sense!!! Because when I think about someone who has great mental health, I automatically think of a man who wants to chop off his dick because he believes he is a woman. Ya!!!

Not gonna lie, Not the best look for Trump on that one. Powell may have been a RINO, but he's largely been out of the public eye for quite a while now. Should have just offered some condolences and been a bit more cordial.
