he's Jamaican mon. they smoke hella lotta weed and bobsled and stuff. not basketball. they are super laid back by nature. been there myself. loved that island. best people by far on any trip Ive been on. but again, just not sure basketball is in their DNA.

The way the Eagles just destroyed the Vikings and the Pats struggled (even though EVERYone knew they’d come back, give me hope. I fully expect that hope to be dashed.

dunno man. that's why I went with a bigger spread. not sure a close game favors the Eagles or anyone playing the Pats in this scenario. the whistle will heavily favor the Pats and you have to admit, you have to favor Brady late in the game if its a one score game. love him or hate him, he's clutch.
I do believe the Eagles are going to come out pissed off. similar to the way the Seahawks did a few years back to Peyton and the Broncs. this past week or 2 have been similar in that in all you have seen, read , and heard is about Brady and Belicheck and legacy and history. you wouldn't even know who the other team is by watching all the pundits. same thing happened to the Seahawks. it was all about Peyton and his legacy and how great he was leading up to that game and Seattle came out and punked them. I think the Eagles have that same chip on their shoulders and the Pats are going to get spanked.

Major reason is a good friend, who served with me in the Army, owns an ice skating business in Boston. He was my best man for wedding #2 in KY. His father also paid for us to fly from Germany and back during the late 80s to watch Larry Bird and the Celtics. And old cuz in Leitchfield KY gave me a Patriots bottle opener, which currently hangs on my key-chain. He's a big Pats fan.
I think the Eagles get a big lead and then the Pats' comeback falls just short. With the almighty Deflatey Brady throwing an interception on the final drive. And everyone lives happily ever after. Amen.
Note: I was going to end with the Eagles riding off into the sunset. But that won't be a sunset on the horizon...it will be the couches & cars of Philly set ablaze in hysterical fits of idiotic, albeit joyous wonder.
