First time in the history of the Bill/Brady playoff era that a call went against them. That last TD by the Eagles was iffy.

yep. i'm on the record here saying the Eagles would win. not the way i expected but damn that was a good game. fun to watch a winner take all when it comes down like that one. i'm drunk and high. and drunk. good times..

The city attempted to take precautionary measures such as lubricating light poles to prevent fans from climbing them, but in some cases that failed to keep fans from climbing atop them, and in some cases the poles fell under the fans’ weight.

BTW...I enjoy most all of your contributions to the NOB that aren't Pats related...except that last one. Liked that last one.
Seriously though, the air just smells a little sweeter today, doesn't it. Sure it's still winter, but there's a definitely a new hope, an...optimism, that wasn't there before yesterday.
Understand the Pats hatred and Tom Brady trolling, but Brady was great in that game. Under pressure most of the game. Eagles were easily better at line of scrimmage on both sides.
Pats defense was pathetic. That was a Kentucky pass rush. Zero heat on Foles all night. The terrible defense, the lack of playmakers on D (you know there are problems when you have to pick up 80 year old James Harrison late in the season), the inexplicable benching of Malcom Butler...Belichick is a great coach, but the last few years the success has been on Brady’s arm.
The MVP of the game last night was the Eagles head coach. His aggressiveness and gutsy calls were the difference.

He wasn't as great as Foles. He wasn't as accurate as Foles, didn't catch a TD like Foles, and he was slow as hell out there.

Foles played great 28-43 373 yards 3 TDs 1 INT
Brady played great 28-48 505 yards 3 TDs 0 INTs
Eagles were better. Their coach was better. Belichick is great put pats have had some brutal loses where Brady and the offense gives the team the lead with 2-3 minutes to go and the pats D gives up an easy score.

Brady fumbled away the most important drive of the game.
