Miles Bridges

7 Final Fours in 20 seasons at MSU, 2 Title games, 1 Title. Izzo has nothing else to prove but to get that 2nd National Title.
Cal has 4 final fours, 2 title games and 1 title in 6 years at Kentucky. I like following his team a hell of a lot more.

Worst case will happen before that. All that talk from cal about having his best class ever will be a little silly if we don't get bridges or another wing.

Izzo is reall really good, but in the grand scheme he's not great. He's owned by too many and chockes away huge games.

I'm not going to get into all the reasons. In 10 years see where cal is, and I'd bet anything Izzo is still sitting on that Mateen Cleaves title.

In Michigan, we call fans like this Wal-Verines. You choose to follow UK because they are good, a majority of MSU fans have their degree from there and choose to follow their school , win or lose, because of the investment they had as students.

Oh BS you uppity a-hole. Just because you go to the school doesn't mean jack squat.

"investment" hahahaha That's gold.

Struck a nerve, didn't I? Look, even the hated rival says the same thing. Michigan Alumni can't stand their non-alumni fanbase. Not sure how it is in SEC country, but in Big Ten country it's generally thought of that you do not say 'we' if you did not attend the school.

Sweet Georgia Brown. This schmuck Was up trolling our site until 2am and started up again bright and early at 8. Do you have a freaking life whatsoever? Go home idiot.

Ha! hardly. Just get a kick out of you self righteous -holes who try to define or judge the standards of who is the more privileged fan.

Well, I don't know how it is in Big 10 country, but us people in the SEC think that line of thinking is borderline moronic.

You're an idiot
God he is.

I am from NC - lived here my entire life, Born in 88, Never went to UK. If i was a bandwagon, I would of had better options in 88 then UK. I am a fan of UK because half of my family is from there and their passion has bled down to me. Something Michigan St fans wouldn't understand. Passion to you is Izzo vouching for the football team and your monthly Alum brochure mailed to your house.

So fans who went to the college they pull for are better than those that didn't? How does that work with pro sports?

"Oh you didn't actually PLAY for the lions? Poser..."

The fact is that we have many non-alumni in addition to our alumni that still are die hard UK fans. If yours doesn't I guess it just means our overall fan base is more passionate than yours.

I never said that Michigan were not anything but cheaters, they were. MSU did benefit from Michigan getting in trouble and MSU was able to get all the good recruits from Michigan, except for Lavell Blanchard who is from Ann Arbor. Izzo has done a good job.

Debeating how his players have turned out I the NBA compared to Coach Cal is a losing argument.

Different culture between the SEC and Big Ten,same thing would occur with any 2 conferences major or minor. Can't really bash that, even though both sides try.

I attended UK and was born in Middlesboro, KY. However, the only time I lived in Kentucky was during my time at UK. Why should I be considered more of a UK fan than someone that has lived in KY and paid state taxes all their life. UK is a state school and gets support from the state via tax revenue. Why shouldn't state residents get credit for their tax dollars supporting UK?

hahaha, you can try to rationalize it all you want. But on one is buying that load of bull.

Different cultures? Tell me more about these cultural differences between the Big 10 and the SEC. I gotta hear this...

Tax dollars also support Louisville, Western Kentucky, Eastern Kentucky, Murray State, Morehead State and Norther Kentucky in Division 1, so why not support them as well?

You just don't like how Big Ten fans think. Sorry if you feel like we thumb our nose down at non-alumni.
No, I just think you're an idiot. It actually doesn't have anything to do with SEC vs B1G. You're just not a smart person.

I can say the same thing to a fanbase who openly says/askes why anyone that wants to play in the NBA would play for Michigan State.

We will see in a week and a half what happens, if Bridges chooses UK, congrats and best of luck. If he chooses MSU, :-D.

You were the one that brought up investment like fans that didn't attend UK have no investment in UK. My point is they have been investing in UK for years without actually using any of UK's resources so why should their fandom be questioned.

Man what is it with Cal and athletic small forwards? The last one we had was MKG and he killed it as a freshmen. But then...nothing. Wiggins, Stanley Johnson, Jaylen Brown, Miles Bridges, etc.

Just FYI, a lot of Duke folks think we've moved away from Gabriel... hence the offer and pushed-up visit of Javin DeLaurier-Etc.
