It's time we start acting like the University of Kentucky. This once was a preeminent basketball school where players wanted to come here for all it encompasses: winning tradition, national tv/media exposure, facilities, nike athletic gear, coaching staff, NIL, Lafamilia and the BBN.
UK is a phenomenal platform to showcase and develop your skills. If guys want to play here there will be competition but that's what pushes you to greatness.

Enough with caving to demands and coddling players. Cal needs to make a declaration moving forward. This is the Commonwealth's program. These are our expectations, guidelines, and all we have to offer. Take it or leave it.

this isn't the Commonwealth's program, it is ccc's. He is destroying the things that made UK the winningest program in NCAA history. Just look at his list of negative accomplishments over the past7-8 years. He is making UK a laughing stock to match what he is

If Oscar comes back, Bradshaw will be playing at the 4 spot. If Oscar and Ugo both leave, Cal will want an upperclassman to fill that role. We do not need anymore freshmen...

No-just saying watching them all play, it wasn't a smooth operation. That team was at it's best when Mgbako wasn't with them last AAU season. Doesn't mean Mgbako is a bad player at all either. But the fit was awkward to watch.

Thought they played better together the prior year, but last year's AAU team was disjointed when all 3 were together. When Wagner didn't play they were mediocre. Part of it was the fact Mgbako was obsessed with playing outside and missed shots for most of the AAU season. The talent is there but he's hellbent on proving he's this 3pt marksman and more often than not, he's been shaky in that area on the bigger stage against his peer level. You keep hearing "he's a great shooter" and in most high profile events, he's thrown up bricks when I've watched.
