Someone explain to me why you give up an out with Heady up next. Unreal
Many bad decisions by the Cats today.Hope it doesn't cost us.
I do hate giving up outs. I understand why you bunt there, but Carson has been swinging a hot bat. If you want the big inning you can't give up outs.Do you watch baseball? That's all on the player... NO WAY HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THREW OUT
Yeah, 6 inches off the plate.Heady. K on cue
You don't bunt with a lefty who has been hitting well, with Heady to follow. don't care if that sacrifice was even successful. You let Carson swing away
Seriously, how bad was it to blow a good start like that.
Thanks NostradamusOh, it's going to cost us. We're done.

Not sure what you're talking about. I don't want Carson bunting there at all. Even if the sacrifice is successful. Let him swing away with heady Up Next. Never mind the horrible baserunning mistake. That compounded the entire horrible decision to bunt.Do you watch baseball? That's all on the player... NO WAY HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN THREW OUT

We all hate them, but I wouldn't call a 50-10 team average...Freaking stinks bc UL is average at best. And we gave up opportunities off the most ridiculous things.

And yes, I watched baseball once or twice before.
Not a huge fan of the Reks Becker 3-4 combo...doesn't feel right.
Idiotic to bunt there. Carson hitting well. Garbage up after him.
Was just looking at stats and to me it looks like the staff has basically put the most weight with obp. Obp is great, but like you said - clutch RBIs don't factor too much with obpBecker never gets a clutch hit, still trying to figure out why he is our cleanup hitter.
That's game and probably series over.
