Well, that video confirms what I thought all along.
Stroll through the UK or visitor's RV lot, see as nice or nicer set ups with friendly folks more than happy to share food and drinks, save $50,000.00, literally and figuratively profit.
Well, that video confirms what I thought all along.
-SAE having a good attitude about Nashville now, too? What's going on around here.
Houses around us are selling in hours and we're not even in CC.Calling Chevy Chase "overpriced"
Something isn't overpriced when you can put it up for sale, and immediately get the amount requested or more. Lots and lots of dumb going on here.
There are more back roads along Nicholasville Rd than there are in Hamburg because there are actually neighborhoods there that were built before 1995.
Nashville is the hub of the SEC and the hottest place in the country this side of NYC and the Rockies for youngs to move and F***. How is it overrated?
I'm no full time Lexington-ball, but somewhat familiar with the area and am curious to hear the "at least 6" more "prestigious" neighborhoods then Chevy Chase.
-To put it to rest finally.
- If I were 25 today and looking to move for a few years, my Top 3:
1. San Diego
2. Nashville
3. Chicago
5 of the top 10 are in 40502. I think when most people are talking about the "Chevy Chase Area" they're generally talking about all of the area between Tates Creek and Richmond Rd inside of Alumni.
That link listed a "neighborhood" with only 16 houses, and another that's only *one* street.
-UKO, I think we can all agree that Matt has some public notoriety at this point.
@ buying ours in 2008The prices in that area are definitely insane. You can have this dream home (ranch, no basement) for only 620K.
