Sounds like you have a shoe problem

Wrong shoe set up affects hips, back, shins, and toes. A good athletic shoe or that type of support.

Buy new shoes more often, if your on feet… concrete and pavement.

-Sitting at the airport about to fly to LA. Something just hit me for some reason. Did somebody in here actually say Tyler Ulis was overrated?

That’s the second worst take in the history of GYERO.

-A friend had a massive heart attack. Luckily, his gf is a nurse. She kept him alive until paramedics arrived. His widow maker was 100% blocked. They thought he still wouldn’t make it. But he did. He asked me to stop drinking with him. I haven’t had a drop in a few months. The thought of being in the Loge, during a tight game, makes me sweat a bit. Other than that I do feel a lot better.

-Not expecting much out of UK football. What have we gotten the last two years? Hope I am wrong.

-Being a small business owner is one of my favorite things in life. You’re always having to evolve. Manage ever changing employees. Understand wanting the security of a 401k, two weeks vacation etc. For me I want to be the captain of my own dingy. Rather than a deckhand on a yacht.

In 2010, I didn’t want to be here anymore. I wasn’t suicidal. Just didn’t care if I woke up the next day or not. During that struggle, I went back and finished my education. At night, Joey Votto gave me something to keep my mind off it during that MVP run. That dude gave me some happiness in my darkest hours. Enjoy retirement #19.

If anybody out there feels that way. Keep going! Things can change.

The day we moved into our house, I started reading the Brady vs Kramer Clash of Clans thread while standing in the kitchen in semi-awe.

My wife walked in and said “is something wrong?”

I replied “no, just reading two guys fight about Clash of Clans”

Wife: “I don’t know what that is but I do know what that is (pointing to a box) and it needs to go upstairs”

Me and my wife are both small business owners, I liked it 75% of the time, hated it 25% of the time. Enjoying it more now that I sold a chunk and have company helping me manage it. My wife hates it 95% of the time. The difference in types of small businesses is stark and what it takes to own it varies so much. The cool thing about this country however, is you can at least give it a shot. Pretty impressive what youve done Brady, seems like you’re probably top 1% in your type of business, which is no small feat.

Dude is gonna kill it here.

We're now a full generation removed from the 90s. Everyone is nostalgic for that style of play and level of success.

Coach Pope seems to have a great sense of how to embrace those years and just how to bridge them with the present time.

UK's timeless tradition + exciting, modern, player-friendly style of play will translate to a winning culture.
(/No Cal).

Pretty amazing how far ahead of his time Pitino was. Continued to be a great coach but not sure what happened stylewise at Louisville.

I was waaaaaay out in front on Coach Pope.

Brady lowkey just told any of you people who are employees that you're a loser deckhand and would prefer death to being you. An unbelievable humblebrag.

* I started my small business by accident. I was making way more money and working way less hours with much less stress than I ever had in my entire life, with a car allowance, great 401(k) and unquestioned expense account when I was laid off 5 years ago. A solid business plan, making some good connections, and a lot of time and patience was the key for me. My first year I made $12,000. I make a little more than that now.

I can't even tell you how many business acquaintances I've made over the years, and so many of them didn't make it. Gung ho for a few months or a few years, then you see their Linkedin profile updated to reflect a cushy new gig at a bank. Very sad.

* So long, Joey Votto. You're the Greatest Red Of All Time.

* The problem with Elly is that he goes months and months without getting a hit.

March/April = .279/.385
May = .208/.298
June = .266/.339
July = .299/.378
August = .263/.321

* I wasted a lot of years of my life not buying into the breakfast burrito craze, but I'm here now. And I'll say one thing: "hola."

* 22 home runs and 60 stolen bases. Is that good?

* Joey.

- My first car was a Plymouth Horizon. I get safety but not sure I want my daughters with a legit ride at 16-17. Of course, I’m not about the brand like most of you common MFers. No offense.
Bought our GD a Kia Soul S because it was cheap, rides well, and has as much space as you'll find in a small car. The S part was key - all the safety features you'd want for that upgrade. And the have since fixed/corrected the ignition issue that led to high theft rates.

I'll be selling hot dogs next Summer, in and around the Lexington area, out of my new (actually used) hot dog cart, so I guess I'm starting my own small business as well.

If you're going to put ketchup or mayo on it though, you're going to have to get out of my sight to do it. I can't abide that shit.

(for people that I know, I might have some other items for sale)

I don't understand getting your conspiratorial news from the Elon propaganda machine. Did you even look to make sure you verified the sources of this AI generated video?
Yep… Twitter is absolutely awful, except when I shitpost my well-informed, actualized, and thought-provoking political opinions..

I hear people do it without issues late night down town but if you do it during the day make sure you're mobile because the police will make sure you're moving around. Non-mobile food stands are illegal in Lexington in public areas.

Hit me up when you need a permit though.

Breakfast food is incredible, breakfast for dinner is one of the only things I can get my kids to consistently eat, and huevos rancheros is a phenomenal dish. Even white people bring it strong with bacon, sausage, biscuits, and all sorts of other delicious shit.

Bragging about owning a f’ing Kia??

Bruh.
A Kia Soul S. And the S was key. The hell with E (engine) or T (transmission) being the key. Generally speaking, without the E and T, S really is not even needed, all cars are safe sitting in the driveway.

If it was that GD great, people would eat it more than once a day.

Breakfast food discussion separates the wheat from the chaff.

You even see HOF posters dropping terrible takes, getting zero likes. Sad!

You turn the Disco bus into a push cart?

"I got hot dogs, prepaid phone cars, vaping items, Rolex watches...."

Truly, a good hot dog is missing from the menu in the Lex/Louisville corridor.

I have been thinking about that. They have a place here in LEX that a couple of friends have gone to for a shoe “fitting,” for lack of a better term. And, yeah, I am BAAAAAD to let shoes go too long. I’m one of those people who says “I’ve had these a couple of years,” and my wife is like, “Here’s a picture with you wearing them 9 years ago.”
