Buying a Tesla was a painless experience. Just click your choice of the few options and you are all set. No salesperson, no haggling, no human dealings. Like buying from Amazon.

Contrast that with buying a BMW recently and the usual obfuscation about finance/cash price, etc, refusal to provide a price over email, etc.. It doesn't matter if you are buying a Ford Escort or a Mercedes G Wagen (now that's a NICE Jeep-like vehicle), you have to deal with a sleazy salesperson.

Look, I am a very judgemental person. But other than PT Cruisers and a few other stupid looking models, I’ve never been one to dog someone over their choice of cars.

What about a Vanderbilt fan that drives both a Tesla AND BMW?

- wife’s 20 year HS reunion on Saturday. Was given a mushroom chocolate to “micro dose”. Just not into it, psychedelics have just never been my thing and don’t agree with me. Feel very out of control on them. Was offered Ketamine as well, but made the decision that I have tried all the drugs I will ever try and will be adding no new ones at my advanced age. Happy for big K though, seems to really be all the rage. The guy that offered me the K pissed himself after eating like 10 chocolates and turned the microdose into a macro dose. Also saw my wife’s ex that she broke up with to start dating me. He’s a recovering Heroin addict and looked like one, so that was nice to see. And yes, in case you’re wondering, my wife went HS in West Virginia.

-Speaking of getting popular, WTF is with the Bog Bag. In case you don’t know what that is go to any pool and you will see that EVERY SINGLE FEMALE has one. They are basically a croc turned into a beach bag, that really isn’t that cool or convenient. The advertising folks for that bag should be promoted to President, they attained market saturation in a month.

Did your wife's ex start doing heroin after she left him or before? That makes a huge difference in whether your story is awesome or you're over here trying to take credit for cucking a junkie. Possible stolen valor alert.

It was a good 5 years after they broke up. He’s a nice enough guy I guess, he looks about 80 years old now.

Grand Wagoneer looks cool. Until you realized it's a $90k Chrysler product

No issues with our Wagoneer (thus far). It was that our or the current gen Sequoia. But yeah, the current Tundra/Sequoia platform has had a ton of issues both with suppliers and their own in-house build. Fortunately none of our parts lololol.

If she can’t dance a Cajun rhythm or jump like a Willys in 4 wheel drive then I ain’t got time for her.

I was under the impression that you should never let a dealer know that you are paying cash. Just let them finance it and then pay it off to get the best deal possible.

My better half bought a Bronco a few months ago. The main reason was because she liked the way she looked in it driving down the road and how “cute” it looked sitting in the driveway. I don’t care much for it but I don’t have to drive it so what do I care.

Subway sucks and those plastic knives serve a purpose. How else am I supposed to put the peanut butter on my pancakes?

- @Ron Mehico, so you all actually went to the high school reunion? Or I guess the question is actually, so your wife actually wanted to go to her high school reunion?

-And Bogg bags are still around but I feel like they really hit the crescendo last summer. I much prefer the Sea Bags made out of recycled sails. Much more light weight and has numerous pockets and divider. Use some Bliss Bins for storing sunscreen in one and snacks another and you’re golden.

-Speaking of sails, have you all seen this story about the British tycoon that is thought to be dead after the sailboat super yacht he was on sank in a storm/tornado off the coast of Sicily? He was celebrating being acquitted of fraud and conspiracy.

And his co-defendant was struck and killedby a car while out running days before.

Just seems odd.

-Chris Kolb OUT after JCPS board resignation. See ya!

Not only did my wife willing go to her reunion - she, as former class president, PLANNED and organized the entire thing. But if you knew her that’s very on brand.

I’m sure we’ll have 5 sea bags by next year but all the places we visited this summer were fully saturated Bogg Bag country. Truly remarkable

Your out of your element, child.

We won WWII while driving CJ2s. They're super versatile and badass. Name another road vehicle that you can bushhog a field with.

I am out of my element. I don't know shit about Jeeps. I was making more fun of your ridiculous inclusion of Brandon Stockton when listing solid players from Kentucky who played for Tubby.

Never bought a vehicle from a dealership and never financed one either! Bought my last 10-12 vehicles at auction and still have 4 of them. Just become friends with someone that owns a car lot. Should be quite easy since they all like to drink and talk sports. Slip them a few hundo while drinking and you’re good.

Willy’s jeeps are the truth. I had a ‘46 pickup, I think, sanded it down and sprayed it pearl white. The tailgate had a custom paint job of the artwork on a pack of rolling papers. Forget the brand but the saying was “ it’s only a weed that turns into a flower in your mind.” Would love to still have it but it died in a battle with a tree and then into an old mine pit. Luckily it was filled with water and I walked away wet and bruised.

Didn’t even walk at graduation so never went to a reunion. Couldn’t imagine going back and seeing all of my classmates. Last thing I need is someone else telling me I have more kids.

Lass has a Prada fanny pack with these rubber sealable bag things called Stashers. She keeps the little princesses snacks in them. She hates it when I use them for flower.

When did we get to the point of reusable ziplock type bags?? They’ve taken over my house and I can’t use them for anything I do. At least that’s what I’m being told.

I had nothing to do with the sailboat or jogger. I left Sicily on Saturday and have been home since. You can ask my attorney if you want.
Steal my money, my ass!!

Time had brightened my memory of Stockton. I looked at his stats on bigbluehistory.net after you called me and laughed at myself.

I think Broncos look like shit. Typical douche bag behind the wheel of one too. Have a TN fan FB “friend” that has posted no less than 50 pics(on different days) of him and his Bronco.

Hid him long ago but when UT loses I go to his page to watch him cry/whine/suffer. It’s my guilty pleasure. So I see Bronco pics all the time.
Welp.

Shame as the new Lexus GX built on that platform looks great after the redesign.

Put some respect on 4th region player of the year, Kentucky Mr Basketball, Brandon Stockton.

Pretty wild run in the 4th between JP, Carrier, and Stockton. Throw in Tony Key from Russellville in '00, Kevin Bridgewater at Adair County (5th region) also in the early 00s. This area was putting out some talent in that span. Im sure the Bowling Green area had more dudes besides Carrier as well.

The state as a whole has really picked it up recently and there are more studs in the younger classes currently. That should be a nice boost to coach mark pope in the coming years.

If there is one thing positive that "modern" basketball has done its bringing back the snipers from the bluegrass state. Dont ever doubt a kid from Kentucky with a sweet stroke.

lol, I was just messing with Wayne. Enjoy your Bronco buddy. You could drive a Kia and it would be cool.
That Bronco is for my daughter. She was hurt, Brady. Really hurt. If you care to make it right, the only thing that would make her feel better would be some signed Matt Olson swag.

Late ‘90s Land Cruiser is my top SUV. Just a classic look. Gas guzzlers though.
I've got a 2009 Lexus GX470 -- a Land Cruiser they branded as Lexus with some luxury upgrades. And I will drive a 2009 Lexus GX470 in some form or fashion until I pass from this mortal coil.

Really looking into an 80 series LC for a rapidly growing family. I just want something with 3 rows, that I can work on myself, that also isn’t a deathtrap minivan
