I look forward to finding out in Mid August.Reed, Thiero, and a Bradshaw or Z return would be incredible. Based on prior history, I’ll assume we will lose all 3.
I don’t see sheppard or thiero playing at another school. Z either for that matter. I’d imagine kid is hungry for some stability in his life.
cant Joe Craft just give him $10M and let him focus on basketball?Reed Sheppard is my favorite Wildcat that ever suited up. Love every single thing about him. Even when he makes a mistake. He owns it. He doesn’t have bad body language or make excuses. I’m sure the same for some of you.
The reason I bring this is up is we’re about to offer him a $1,000,000 NIL deal today for next season. He will have to work for it. That’s a lot of autographs/photos across the state. Honestly, we’ll have to work just as hard to get the $ back or a large portion of it. With that said, we’re willing to work too.
He’s worth it. It’s worth a lot of it just to get to see him play another year at UK.
Wanna bet on Shep?I look forward to finding out in Mid August.
Joe has done more for the UK football/ basketball program than most will ever know. He deserves the statue above any coach in any sport. He could and he might. I just don’t know the answers though.cant Joe Craft just give him $10M and let him focus on basketball?
Sure, whats the bet?Wanna bet on Shep?
I am a huge Joe Craft fan.Joe has done more for the UK football/ basketball program than most will ever know. He deserves the statue above any coach in any sport. He could and he might. I just don’t know the answers though.
I heard if Cal will promise him the 3 spot once Reeves leaves it would be a good move.
Are we betting on Shep coming back or that poster running off with Sloot? Give me some action on both.Sure, whats the bet?
I think he's coming back next year. If you think he's leaving, we can do the same as the Dilly and Sharpe bets.Sure, whats the bet?
Book it. I'll gladly pay for that.I think he's coming back next year. If you think he's leaving, we can do the same as the Dilly and Sharpe bets.
Taking out his connection to KY, this is insanity.Reed Sheppard and Kentucky, a love story. 'The whole state is connected to him'
The son of two former Wildcats stars, Sheppard is already creating his own legacy as a freshman. "He was literally born to do this."theathletic.com
As of today, I was told second hand there is more chance of a return.
I’ll ****ing cut Cal if he makes Shep go pro when he doesn’t want to.Cal won’t let him stay. Not one player here that was projected lottery has ever come back because Cal basically tells them to GTFO. You can blame D.J.’s dad for that.

Good grief, that is awful 😞This just ain’t right, man.

This is the #1 and #2 draft pick saying you’re wrong. 48:25 mark. The #10 pick makes $4.5 million next season, and Reed can make every bit as much in NIL money as a pro than he can as a college athlete. Or probably more.
Quit pretending college NIL money will somehow bring him back as a sophomore. If he wants to come back for personal reasons, he will. But it won’t be for money.
Quality of life has to be much better in college than in the pros for a 19-year old.
