Rhodesian Ridgebacks are bread to hunt African wildlife. Ain't touching that.

All our dogs we raised from birth. So they let us manhandle them. How big is your puppy? A trick on smaller dogs I've seen is putting them in a body harness and hang them from the harness if you have a flower hook on your porch or similar. Throws them off. Seems weird but it's old-school.

Vets will just muzzle bigger dogs and tie them down if they are aggressive.

Also white tip nails are easier than all black because you can see how far down to go. There is a powder you can buy in case you nip them and they bleed. They are better with my wife because a woman's touch I guess
A little tip, you can also use plain ole flour to stop the bleeding if you clip them short

I know the powder we have(not that powder) was once her moms. Don't know what its called just know it predates our relationship. so it's old. Still works. Never heard of the flour. Pretty much same thing. Good to know.

Controversial take: was this really a good shot? Early in the shot clock, nobody down there to rebound, pull from 43'? C'mon.

For her it is, and a very normal shot. It’s ridiculous. She finished with 49pts & 13a. (50% deep)

Women’s hoops sucks obvs, but she’s just incredible. The fact she’s basically a 40% career 3pt volume shooter on largely those type shots is 😳

Big fan.

She's a joy to watch for sure. I'm not trying to compare her to the men, but I would like to see her play against D1 guys to sort of baseline how fast she is. To me, she just seems a step faster with the ball than her competition.

You ever shot with a women’s basketball? You’ve got to be cross eyed to miss with one of those.
When I was a kid we started using the men's ball in 5th grade. I then moved in 8th grade and for some reason boys basketball in the state I moved to used the women's ball for middle school games. It was a cheat code. I was like Kyrie Irving in terms my handles that year - and yes - shooting was a lot easier too.

~Beagles, Goldens, Mutts....best dogs to own, IMEO.

~Mobile groomers....find a good one and they're more than worth the extra expense.

~Alex Dillard, Steph, and Clark....best ever from 35'.

~Got rid of your Counter Clocks hats yet? Only slightly worse than Sun Day Red....ugh.

~End of an era next week...Jack McCoy's final episode on L&O. Best TV character ever.

~Got a nice wager on UK at 18/1 to cut the nets....got a hunch so come dance time, I'm on your side. Don't let me down bitches.

<— huge Ionescu fan 👀. When they’re badass athletes it bumps them up a bit for me.

-I may have said, but some of you dog parents on here would’ve flipped out over the dog bite cut on my dogs leg. It’s going to leave a gnarly scar but he’s a pirate dog and we like scars.

It’s still very much wrapped up but he’s already taking 2 mile walks not problem.

The rascal plays it up though when other people come around for pets, he starts to limp on that leg after cruising for 2 miles no problem.

If his bacterial ear infection meds cost $600 I can only imagine what “surgery/sutures” would’ve cost.

Daniel Jones is at best an average QB, has a losing record in 4 years, and his breakout/career year was extremely ordinary and let to a rather pedestrian 9-6-1 record. Somehow, because he's a quarterback, that led to an enthusiastic 4-year, $160 million contract with $92 million guaranteed.

I mean, if they just released the guy and ran a wildcat every game, I honestly think the Giants would be just as good. So yeah. I don't get it.

In the NFL, no matter how ordinary your QB is, he's always treated like he's a superstar. Weird.

WAY out ahead of Daniel Jones being ordinary at best.

lol Waterhead trans.

* Bruce Pearl is top 5 on my opposing coaches Love/Hate list. I simultaneously think he's sleazy, underrated, annoying, awesome, a sweaty buffoon, hilarious, overrated, the whole shebang really.

He's a Rorschach test.

* What a weird year so far. Other than the Wilmington game, we looked like an old school Cal Kentucky squad until TAMU and we've been dogshit since. A big win tomorrow wouldn't surprise and neither would a blowout loss.

I just want to be fun and relevant again.

* Is Ryan Lemond's new girlfriend white? Her brother called into the postgame show he did and the brother didn't sound like a brother.

Well like 99.98% of people in a yoga class are white so I would bet she is.

I give Tiger credit. The guy was possibly the greatest of all time. Through all the lumps he didn’t quit. He’s been humbled in a way many would quit.
Guy's body is a complete wreck and hasn't played in a real tournament since Augusta plus all of his obligations of being the tournament host and still shoots even par on a tough track.

*We didn't give our 2nd kid a pacifier. She didn't wine or cry, even during teething. She was a good girl, unlike her mother.

*Going to a party for a DOG tomorrow. Friend of mine is picking up a Corgi today from a breeder in Lexington and having a "welcome home" party for it. Yup.

*New OC should bring an explosive offense with him.

*Not Catholic (should be) but there's nothing better than a fish fry sandwich and a cold beer.

Why not with the current watered down fields? He should be able to get both(wins/majors) if he can play 6-7 times a year over the next 5-8 years. He knows he has a nice window until Liv gets sorted.

Umm, I could see him getting A win to clip Sam, but playing a few times a year isn't gonna get it done for his main goal - his body seems dunzo.

"Should" makes it sound routine as long as he keeps playing, lol. C'mon. The Major fields won't be watered down...

Say he miraculously plays 8 times a year for 8 years (4 of those being Majors), he needs to win 4 of the next 32 Majors to clip Jack, which is an EASY HOF career by itself. That's not happening.

Kyle Tucker with another top-notch piece.

Anonymous assistant coach: “It comes down to this: They didn’t put their team together well,” the assistant said. “For them, it’s almost like damned if you do, damned if you don’t. Your best chance is really just outscoring people, so you might as well keep an offensive lineup, because if you put out a defensive lineup, you ain’t gonna be that damn good defensively … and you lose offense, which is what gives you your edge.”

Anonymous coaches at this point can shove it up their ass.

I give no F’s what some pvssy to scared to let his name be known thinks.

How about ask that coward if he is an assistant of a coach with a better roster. He isn’t, because those coaches are busy strategizing how to win instead of gossiping about UK.

Those pieces fit a common narrative though so keep em coming!

You know what? I’m gonna take the position of “guy having a party for his dog is in the right here”.

As stated before, we need life events as an excuse for a party in our middle age. After we graduate, get married, have kids, etc. all in a short span we barely have any open bar soirée type events. Instead we watch our parents age, our kids grow up and away, and try to resist the pull of the open shirt gold chain lifestyle.

So you know what- get a dog. And throw a party about it. Because getting a dog is great and should be celebrated. Go dog party.

So anth really thinks Tiger can win 4 more majors?

Lol

For reference, he’s won 1 in the last *16* years. Probably about ready to bust out, though.

Reactions: I am stupid
I was out walking today minding my own business when I accidentally stepped in a giant pile of parvo someone had just left laying on the sidewalk 🤬

Got a 20ft shipping container for the farm to store tools in. Once I build a garage, it will become my cabin on the back of the farm.

Cautiously optimistic about our new OC. Overheard someone say his people liked to throw bombs, so that is encouraging.

I love fish fry season.

Got a Lowrance Ghost for the boat, pretty pumped to put that sucker to work.

Friday afternoons are always welcome round here.
