Penguins offseason is going to be fun. I'll be interested to watch the Jultz situation. He's proven that he can work on the team, and they gave up a 3rd to get him but 3.9 million is a steep price for a third pairing defenseman. I can't think anyone else in the league will give him that kind of money given his weakness on defense unless they are really desperate for puck-movers on their blueline.
I expect JZ will be leaving as well, but I hope he lands somewhere good. He's a great locker-room guy and he got the cup run started.
I don't think this was going to be much of an issue until the Maatta contract was signed late in the year. I was expecting Olli to still have a pretty low salary and then keeping Fleury would have been pretty easy. I think everyone will be sad to see Fleury go, fans and players alike. One of the stinky things about the salary cap. And the fact that the salary cap has not gone up as expected. I think 2-4 years ago everyone assumed the cap would be a good bit higher by this point.

I set up my work email again and there was an archive with all of my old emails from back when i worked here previously (nearly a decade ago). I peaked through a few, including the email plans for Bonzo's 30th birthday party, and an exchange between Booker and me making plans to meet up at a 2008 UK baseball game (our first in person meet up).

Sooooo, I'm going to base it entirely on the VP selection. Clinton will probably be convicted of treason or fraud or obstruction of justice or whatever and get impeached within a year or so. And Trump will probably do something so dumb in office that he gets himself impeached as well. They might just make trump up (no pun intended) charges just to get rid of him. He'll get no support from the Republican Congress since he's not actually a Republican.
So either way, hopefully the VP will be moving up to the White House by 2018.

I don't see Gabriel getting 10 a game. I also don't see Briscoe getting 13. He only got 8.5 ppg in SEC play last year and he *had* to play (averaged 32 min /game). He will probably play less next year. Now if his shot falls, then he will give Monk a run for his money.
