Lol of course. It wouldn’t be us if we had injuries
Would likely be after the KU game as that is just over 4 weeks away on 11/14.I didn't hear it that way. I heard 5 weeks from now. That would be Kansas game.
What I heard, and I rewound the broadcast...
Calipari said BigZ would be here tomorrow
Ugo and Bradshaw another 5/6 weeks
And later, Seth Greenberg said "when they get the other 2 bigs back in 5/6 weeks"
meh. This equates to them not being major contributors this season. Can’t miss that much time. Ugo is a project anyway, but Bradshaw had a shot. Too bad.
I wouldn’t go that far. I think he plays, but it’s just frustrating how Kentucky has this happen literally every yearBradshaw won’t play
For sure, but the main piece of the tweet is still trueYou know, when I scrolled back up to see if the Twitter account could have possibly "spun" the words a certain way, I immediately thought of Matt Jones before I even read his name.
At the very least, he shouldn't have jumped so quick to post false info.
100% agree. Clutch will make sure of it. Another Sharpe situation of just chilling on the bench. Hope we get to watch Bradshaw in warmups too!Bradshaw won’t play
It's absolutely unbelievable. All you can do is laugh. Every. Single. Year.
UK has the Slowest healing players in all of college hoops.
Ugo was expected to be out--he had surgery and this is normal timeline for him. He played in the "Friendly" against African team in Toronto that was before official tournament started, came down on a guy's foot, injury was worse than expected, required surgery. What did Ugo actually hurt? Because his original reported injury should not still have him out still.
UK needs to give Russell Wilson a call and see how they can improve their healing. Apparently he's one of the "greatest healers of all time."UK has the Slowest healing players in all of college hoops.
So is this a tweet to drum up clicks? What I heard, and I rewound the broadcast...

I hate him too, I can't believe Cal took a police baton to Ugo and Bradshaw's legs like that.I hate Cal so much.
I swear we went from the gold standard of play and results to the gold standard of injuries real quick. The Injured Standard.
For sure, but the main piece of the tweet is still true
FairYeah but they are drastically different outcomes. 5 to 6 weeks from now isn't a whole lot different than what we were looking at from the start of this. I think there was always a possibility these two might miss the first game or two. But 5 weeks AFTER the season starts is like another 8 games or so. And would also indicate someone was wrong, lying, etc.
I think its important for journalists to get the info right, because this very thread has probably half a dozen people thinking they aren't coming back until late December.
Sounds like we want them 100% ready, that’s a few extra weeks of healing, I would like Bradshaw to get some reps with the team before our game against Kansas.
I tell you what, you love Cal and I won’t care. Let’s see if you can do the same.I hate him too, I can't believe Cal took a police baton to Ugo and Bradshaw's legs like that.
Seems to me like they are slowing working them into contact drills. Individual work for a couple weeks.
I just said I hate the guy, not sure what else you want me to say. Really sick of him injuring our players, happens every damn year.I tell you what, you love Cal and I won’t care. Let’s see if you can do the same.
