I dunno if it is just me, but sounds like they would need someone to monitor the bathroom 24/7. It would be pretty easy for a boyfriend/girlfriend to take advantage of the "upgraded" bathrooms.
I think businesses should be able to decide if they want to serve or not serve anyone they choose.I like individual bathrooms, especially because of my affinity for chili and buffalo wings.
If schools want to go this route, fine. The issue, as always, is who is paying for it. Same with NYC restaurants feeling pressure to split their bathrooms up, in already very tight spaces where square footage is everything. Who is paying for this? And should restaurants (and schools) have the right to say "we don't want this"? I believe so.
Me too, because I’m not having kids, seems like an awful waste of time and resources.I’m just glad none of your kids have to deal with this stuff. You may see another side of the coin.
Lol god bless all of you. This thread was several hours of the same three to four posters acting like children fighting with each other on a random Wednesday evening about bathrooms while a couple internet stalkers repeatedly tried to get me involved in the foolishness. This was what you did with your entire evening. I won $180 on DraftKings and listened to music. You guys argued for hours about toilets.
Holy hell.
Watching liberals struggle with the fact there are only 2 genders is still hard to understand. Throw in their inability to distinguish between the two is even more wacked.
I only read part of this thread…. not going to go through all of it. So similar thought may have already been shared. But…
1. This is dumb. Separate boys and girls bathrooms have been fine for, well, forever. Everyone should know which restroom they are “supposed” to use and conduct themselves accordingly. I don’t care what gender you think you are, be whatever you want. But you use the restroom for your biological sex at birth, end of story. This nonsense of gender neutral bathrooms is just pandering to woke sensibilities.
2. If they INSIST on not identifying restrooms according to biological sex, fine. They’re building all these individual private stalls. Just go ahead and make each “stall” its own bathroom with toilet and sink. Problem solved. That’s not much of a stretch from what they apparently plan to do now anyway.
If I’m a teacher, I want to see see what’s going on between boys and girls in the “common” areas of the bathrooms.
This is what they are doing. They are literally making several single person bathrooms. You go into your single person bathroom to do your business and then you wash your hands in a pubic space, which people do all the time.If the school system has any intention at all in achieving their stated objective, they'd literally just make several single person bathrooms.

Ever been to a concert or large scale event? What do they have...single person bathrooms (port-o-potties) and then everyone comes out and uses the public hand washing station if it's available. I'm not sure what the outrage is about.
Ever been to Europe? These are everywhere and it's nothing new over there.
It's not a stall as you're thinking. There are no openings to look into the space. It's a small room with a door on it that has a toilet in it. It's 100% private. I just think people have a different visual than what these actually are. A young woman going in would be no different than if she went into a single use bathroom at a convenience store. The only difference is they don't have a sink in there. Not unless it's different than it reads. Stalls do not amount to stand alone bathrooms. Imagine a young girl trying to take care of monthly issues in the midst of boys. That's just for starters. Doesn't even account for the other obvious concerns.
Touching cotton??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣When I was in high school, teachers had to lock the bathrooms cause kids would go in there to do all kinds of crap. Was such a hassle to get them unlocked when I was touching cotton in an emergency situation. With this new setup, these kids won't have to go through the struggles that my classmates and I had.
oh yeah, when you gotta poop so bad that the poo is bout to touch the boxersTouching cotton??? 🤣🤣🤣🤣
No, I understood, but have never heard that in my life. Lmaooh yeah, when you gotta poop so bad that the poo is bout to touch the boxers
Useless anecdoteI was talking with a doctor recently who completely rejects any scientific basis for multiple genders or non-binary. In fact, he says he is a gay man who is offended by the alphabet cult’s push, because he knows he is a man and that being a man is not just one thing, there is a broad spectrum as to what is “manly.” But, two genders.
If you must speak on me, you can at the very least @ me so you know that I’m gonna see it. That seems to be a constant issue with you. Also, I reject the Bible for much bigger issues than the simple fact that it’s old. Here, we actually have someone citing an ancient text for their scientific case, a person who rejects the Bible because, in part, it is an ancient text.
I’m not trying to equate how I live my life to the Kama Sutra, just simply stating that trans/non-binary people have been mentioned in society as far back as when that text was written and not some brand new thing that this generation made up. You would realize that if your comprehension skills were up to par.He once posted: “And the beautiful thing about science is that it is always updating itself as we continue to gain knowledge as opposed to a book written thousands of years ago that we try to equate to life today.”
Crazy that we have books as far back as the Kama Sutra that mention people that don't fall within the binary and it still seems to go over the heads of some. Maybe a recorded history of Two Spirit people amongst 150+ Native American tribes could help people understand the concept.
A post meant for the entire thread, not just you, friend. If you are to respond to my post, have the curtesy to @ me, because gosh how in the world would I know??? 🤦♂️

I didn't realize that chemists have such strong knowledge on gender ideology compared to the average human being. Guess I should've paid more attention back in chemistry class, would've learned a lot more about all of the genders.Yeah, a chemist with a medical degree who practices medicine is far less reliable than you referencing the Kama Sutra and a Google search. Gotcha! 😂
If you're still confused about why I referenced something after I specifically told you my reasoning then that's a big you problem.Oh, that is why you cited the Kama Sutra? It was not to show there have been sick people for centuries?
Oh, do they now? You sure know a whole lot about trans people and their thoughts about gender ideology despite how much you dunk on their existence. And, by the way, trans people know there are two genders.

Right, right but you've been on here long enough to understand the difference between talking specifically about someone and making a statement that can apply to several people at once.Every post is meant for the entire thread, friend.

Your chemist anecdote sure does hold the same weight as all of the resources that can be found on Google. Guess when I need to look up something, I'll just ask the chemist. From the guy citing the Kama Sutra and Google. You should also pay more attention in medical school. 😆
You called them sick people a couple posts agoDunk on their existence? What does that even mean? Show when I “dunked on their existence. “
How do you know this? How many people trans people have you personally talked to about this? Why should those people be given the ability to speak on behalf of the entire trans community?Trans people desire to identify with the other gender. They know there are two genders and they don’t want to be seen as the gender assigned by biology.
You seem to be confused. How could I have possibly known you would see that post??? I must have special posting powers!!!!
Only that kind of language ruin's kids. Then they turn into ruined, angry adults. lolEvery gender neutral bathroom I’ve been in is a common area to wash your hands and completely private room stall with floor to ceiling walls to use the bathroom. Stop acting like it’s the damn end of the world and they are out to ruin your kids. Jesus Christ.

I'm not pushing any agenda. I'm not twisting and turning facts. I could care less if they have boys and girls bathrooms or one bathroom area. I'm just saying I have used these type of bathrooms at airports, conference centers, office buildings, restaurants, etc. Not once did it seem awkward, or weird, or an "agenda". When these things are up and running and kids go about their business with no effects whatsoever, I think people will realize this is much to do about nothing. No it's exactly what it sounds like. A stall is a stall even if they want to put a door on it. The very fact you effort to twist and turn facts shows you know you're in the wrong but you just don't care because it's about pushing an agenda.
At least in a business setting someone can and often do choose to spend money elsewhere. In public schools, parents get no choice because school choice is repeatedly blocked by the same people who want to force kids into bathrooms together.
Leave kids alone and stop being Uber weirdos
It sure is. My fault for not realizing that this special chemist that you know is the go-to for all things gender ideology. Do you take his word on everything or just the things that you think too?The body is made up of chemistry which is the foundation for the rest. It’s science. And, I am not sure what you think happens in four years of medical school. Unbelievable.

You sure seem to be putting a whole lot of weight into what he's saying, even to the point that you seem to suggest he knows more than ANYTHING that can be found on Google. What happens if I find my own chemist with rivaling viewpoints from yours? Do I get to use mine as an anecdote too and it be just as valid?Who said anything about this doctor being the go-to for all things gender ideology. Gender ideology? Grow up.

You use the phrase and then ridicule me for using the phrase. How convenient.
He can think what he wants but you're using him solely for confirmation bias. Would his findings hold as much weight to you if they were completely opposite? If not, then really the only thing you care about is the fact that he agrees with you.You are clearly triggered by the fact that a medical doctor with far more science education than you disagrees with your Google search.
EDIT: YOU used the phrase “gender ideology.” Are you a mid-afternoon drinker?
