Big reason he decommitted from NC State was they were pressuring him to reclass. He doesn’t want to and we don’t need him this year.
Ian Jackson might be Dillingham's running mate for 2023 along with Sheppard off the bench. Need also to add 1 more guard. Time to go all in on Booker Bradshaw and Edwards. Kingsley is probably coming to UK anyway.
I love this kid’s game. I honestly think he’s better than Wagner. I’ll get crushed for this. DGAF.

Wouldn't expect that if he didn't mention that in commitment. But that's fine. Just nice to get him committed. It was discussed back in the initial recruitment though. That much is true.

Just remember this easy recruiting math formula: #10 recruit commits to UK down 5 spots to #15. #10 recruit commits to Duke or North Carolina, up 5 spots to #5. Its like clockwork and has been going on for 20 yrs.

Cal has always landed the guards, that’s one thing he’s never really dipped on outside 2 misses his entire tenure. Our best teams are tall, rebound, and have NBA guards.

Everybody loves Swaggy Cal. He needs to get back to that. It was a lot of fun when he was Vince McMahon walking into the arena.
He looked rough the Covid year. Comparing his picture to when he came was crazy that year. He looks better now but you could see President level stress on that dude.
I definitely wanted to see Dad back in the picture. I liked that his mom actually talked to Cal, makes me feel better right there. Hate these hanger ons. Nobody really knows the family dynamics but having both parents together on decisions is the best thing for a kid.
That’s why it will hurt to lose DJW, I mean he made his dad a millionaire, at least made him make the decision that best helped him. Been like family and has that track record. I get the family UofL aspect but man he should be in the bag too. I wanna see the Dilly and DJ show.
Has it really been 15? I find that hard to believe. I know Shai wasn’t. Green might have been considered one on Rivals. You going by Rivals? Ulis wasn’t. Askew wasn’t. That’s just off the top of my head.
That's so true just getting the commitment either for this year or next was great. Man that would be such a great bonus though after the AAU stuff this summer if he decided he's coming and we get him for 2 years. He is the type of kid that we need on this upcoming team.
And if Cal missed out on that fringe 5 star, you all would have crucified him.

Loved so many of them but not sure any of them was better than Tyler Ulis at the college level.
I’ve been watching some Dilly tape and he reminds me so much of TyTy but a bit quicker and more polished. He can definitely score around the rim in multiple ways and can shoot it.
