Did Adolph Rupp have any sort of diary/journal/memoirs?

I'm curious because I have always wondered what his day-to-day life, on and off the court was like. I mean you hear all the time about Presidents and others writing a memoir or (in the case of Ronald Reagan) have their diaries published in book form so I wasn't sure if Rupp thought to do anything like that in some way.

Not sure but there is a whole lot of stuff from Rupp such as interviews here, many of which are not basketball related:

Just go to ChatGPT and ask, "What would Adolph Rupp write in his diary."

I know, I'm a smart a$$.

He sure had some very memorable quotes! Here is a link to some Rupp "stories".
One of the stories in your link mentions Rupp being superstitious and something about Bobbie pins or paper clips but the poster didn't know the details. I read about this once. Rupp was superstitious and when on the road he would take a walk before the game, and he believed if he found a women's Bobbie pin then it would be "good luck" for that night's game.
Funny story that I read about this, one time the Cats were playing a tough game on the road. (not sure but may have been a trip to NY and Madison Square Garden)
Harry Lancaster knowing of Rupp's superstitious ritual played a good one on Rupp. Harry bought a pack of Bobbie pins and went out before Rupp took his normal "walk" and conveniently dropped a trail of Bobbie pins down the sidewalk outside the hotel. Rupp gleefully returned after finding a handful of Bobbie pins and I believe Lancaster and the other assistants were going on about the difficulty of the game that evening and Rupp said something to the effect "don't worry boys it's going to be a good one".
