I like the dirty look. Looks like it's been working out on the line!
He was agreeing with me.
Great names to be sure. Have not technically seen my grand kids in over three years. Skype about once a month. One is 5 (Annabelle), 3 are a few months over 3 years (Nathaniel, Thaddeus, Benjamin) the triplets, and 1 just turned 1 Friday last (Mathias).Evening D
I hope all are safe and well
My daughter just texted me to let us know what our first grandson’s name is going to be: Logan Edward. I love it! His middle name is after my Dad. Logan is due on what would have been my Dad’s birthday. I sure hope that becomes his birthday as well.
My son and his wife are naming their little girl Kiara Elizabeth-Rose. The Rose is in honor of my Dad as well: he always grew roses.
So now, we will have Lily, Kiara and Logan to bless our lives. I can’t wait
Great job taking off 52 lbs. What was your secret?Morning all, Leaving Friday for Kentucky, may go to the game Saturday, Started a diet on May 1st. Went to the doctor and weighed in at 259, as of this morning, weigh 207. Walk 5 miles a day now and eat healthier. I live in a place where if you don't walk, and you're physically able to, that's on you.
When I took my physical for the RR I was 18 years old, was 6'1 and weighed 171....LOL. Glad that hurricane missed us, a lot of property is just getting fixed from Hurricane Irma, two years ago. Have a good day, talk at you later

I keep telling myself that I want to play a round with just a 6 iron, a 56 degree wedge and a putter and see what happens. Maybe toss in a hybrid. Oh well, I didn't do it today.

Actually, I know this is cliche' to say, but it was mostly just common sense. Of course, I do have a lot of coaching. One daughter is a Dietician, another a Nurse Practitioner and a wife who's a Professor of Nursing...lmao. What i did though, was gave up bread, fried foods ( this really hurt lol ) and sugary stuff.Hey Ace, can you share with us about some of the diet changes you've made since you started your diet back on May 1 ?

I eat a lot more fruit, veggies and WALK! Walking now 5 miles a day. I started out walking about a quarter mile and it about killed me. You just have to be disciplined and consistent
No, no weight training for this old man. I do ride my bike once in awhile and swim, but besides walking, that's itNice and good for you being consistenta and disciplined. Yeah, from what you said, it's pretty much common sense stuff; no secrets, no ninja techniques. Just sensible steps that most of us know we should do anyway. How about any weight lifting/strength training to go along with the walking for you?
Wow! FCC has gotten pretty good with that skate board.

My ears also ring constantly and sometimes loudly as a result of gunfire and explosions, according to doctors. Looking at a doctor visit here soon.Don't think I am going to get the hearing devices, they seem like they didn't stop the ringing in my ears that much, plus it seemed like every time I did something I had to stop and take them out, so I have lived with this ringing for over 35+ years I guess a few more won't matter!
My ears ring a lot too. After 20 years in the artillery it is to be expected.Good morning D, finally got some of my work done here and at church so I am just kinda being lazy. The pay is the same whether I am lazy or not!
Just about got to hot working at the church yesterday, Mrs. M told me I had better be careful so I put my foot down and told her yes dear.

I was taking a shower last night, just standing in there thinking, gosh I hurt all over and it got me to thinking about when I started at Dyno Nobel and how sore I was when I would come in from work. My job was suppling powder to two buildings that made det cord. For ever lot I did 300lbs per lot and by the time I completely finished each lot thru the line I had moved it 6 times=1800lbs all moved by hand. I averaged anywhere form 6-10 lots a day, that's a lot of pounds! I loss 15 lbs. the first two weeks I was there!
Ya'll have a great day!
It seems like the older I get the louder they ring, I just can't see putting over 5 grand in something I will not use all the time.My ears also ring constantly and sometimes loudly as a result of gunfire and explosions, according to doctors. Looking at a doctor visit here soon.
You receive VA disability for hearing? I have not, but a friend of mine has.My ears ring a lot too. After 20 years in the artillery it is to be expected.
