Actually, I know this is cliche' to say, but it was mostly just common sense. Of course, I do have a lot of coaching. One daughter is a Dietician, another a Nurse Practitioner and a wife who's a Professor of Nursing...lmao. What i did though, was gave up bread, fried foods ( this really hurt lol ) and sugary stuff.Hey Ace, can you share with us about some of the diet changes you've made since you started your diet back on May 1 ?
I eat a lot more fruit, veggies and WALK! Walking now 5 miles a day. I started out walking about a quarter mile and it about killed me. You just have to be disciplined and consistent
