Ha ha, we're up to 90°F today and partly cloudy.
Oncology center ran out of drug. Must return tomorrow.
An aside....
I bought the BB a nerf gun/ pistol. He loves it and chases me around the house when I become the robber shooting me in the buttocks.
The little BB was here today. (My grand-daughter) So we have the Bigger Booger Butt and the little Bigger Booger Butt. (Just to get it straight.)
I told the BB to be sure and only shoot people in the buttocks. (Too keep shots away from eyes.) (This thing shoots well.)
Anyway, my three year old grand daughter leans over to the BB when I stated that and whispers to the BB "Shoot my Mom in the buttocks." The girl went totally out of character for her but she was enjoying. My oldest daughter was in the bathroom.. When she came out BLAM....😂

AW is obviously not what he used to be, but the umps are squeezing him on the strike zone and he doesn't have the stuff to pitch over the heart of the plate anymore. Plus a good part of the year, the defense has been really bad. Not as much errors as just not getting to catchable balls. Add it all up, and what you see is what you got.
BTW all, may be away from a computer for a few days.

It’s been three rough days at work with a squad of the upper rank folks in from NY and late work dinners at good restaurants that should be fun but at my age aren’t. But today should be easier and they all head back around noon. With any luck I can ease into a restful weekend.

Should be a steady but manageable work day today. Looking forward to a weekend that doesn’t include 16 hours of driving like last weekend”s quick trip to Kentucky.
Reds lost but so did all the other wild card contenders who played. The Giants had the best day with a rain out.
Hope to see better play out if the Cats and Bengals this weekend.

Took Anatolia (The Monster) in for her annual visit to the vet this morning. Everything good and she weighed in at 141lbs. Heavier than my 17-year-old daughter and just 8 lbs lighter than my wife. That is the reason I call her the monster. Vet and her assistant just sat on the floor and gave her the check up from there. She (The Monster) just laid at their feet soaking up the attention. Other than size, there is nothing scary about her as she is a big ole baby.

Ever heard of VAS - vaccine associated sarcoma? Some folks think some of the shots vets give (mostly rabies, but also others) can cause cancer at the injection sites. Jan lost a cat to it. I have heard some vets will not give rabies shots to their pets. Thought you might be interested.
Got back a earlier than I thought. A Cards asst hitting coach just resigned to take a job as an asst hitting coach for a college women's softball team. What a joke the Cards have become!
