I need to check UP's website and see if they have their Big Boy restored and running yet.

Good Sunday Morning, the last one before Christmas 2020

The temperature is 53° with a little rain in the forecast this afternoon. We should reach 69°. I had to add another quilt on the bed last night. Our bedroom is on the North side of the house and is a good 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. My office is on the South side and is always toasty warm this time of year. It gets direct sun and the bedroom gets none.

It is time to enjoy a good service with music and the Word from the pastor. I am going to watch online today.

Trust all are well and if not, better times are coming soon.

Good morning D, just a nasty ole day, but it is the LORD'S DAY!!!!!

2 day priority mail, day 7 still no package!!!

I think the event tomorrow night, I think some believe that it's going to be this blinding glowing star in the sky, I don't think so, I wish it was Jupiter and Venus or Mercury, that would be a different look!!!

I remember if we lost to NC (national cheaters) I would have been torn up for a week, but now, I don't know!

Prayers for the D! We handed out our CHRISTMAS baskets Saturday, We have a pantry that members sign up for what they will bring (20) of each, we gave them away with each one probably being over $200, great baskets!!!!

Mrs. M made 10 orange juice cakes yesterday, taking 7 of them to our friends today. We froze one for the police dept., we will take that one Thursday to them!!!

Have a great one D!!!!

never ever in my wildest thoughts would I say go cards, but the exception comes when your coach supports a markist anti America group ..so for Cal, I say go cards...hate me all ya want... it is what it is... As a life long cat fan, you have no idea how it hurts me to say that..
Cal said he is where he is today because of "White Privilege". There are many Cat fans who feel the same as you. I have talked to them.

It would be extremely hard to play for Calipari. I feel for Dontae Allen and I think he will transfer and have a nice career at another program. Jamal Baker had a similar relationship with Calipari and finally decided to leave. He recently had 29 points on 8-13 from the three point stripe. Allen has that ability.

We are experiencing a basketball train wreck like none I have seen in many years. Once I knew every players name and the number on their uniform. I can't do that anymore

I read that Keion Brooks did the post game press interview yesterday. But he did not play in the game which I thought was strange. I don't know if a UK player has ever done that before. I can't remember it happening.

Which brings me to a question. What is the matter with Keion Brooks? He has not played in a single game and I thought he was projected as the leader of this years team. Is he injured? Does he have grade problems? What the heck is going on and why such a secret.

A cool, dreary Sunday morning in this part of Ohio. Overcast and wet....must have had some sprinkles and/or mist overnight. Sun is supposed to make an appearance for a few hours this afternoon. It must be embarassed about something 'cause it's been in hiding for the last 3 or 4 days.

A good Lord's Day to all.

Good morning from ATX. Currently 41°F and clear. Our high today should come in around 68°F. Yesterday, we received decent soaking rainfall totaling about 1/2". We sure need it.

Another disappointing loss yesterday. Ugh. Can our Cats reverse this losing streak and beat those evil Cards next Saturday? Stay tuned.

Christmas shopping is complete. Daughter received that $551 laptop last month. I picked up an iRobot Roomba 675 yesterday for the wife. It rates higher for tile floors than the Roomba e5 according to reviews.

I'm gonna jump on a few chores after while.

Wishing happiness and health to all our fellow D-League members on this fine Sunday.

One article I read the other day was talking about it happening in the afternoon. ??? And I was thinking, man it would have to be awful bright where you could see it during the day with a telescope or binoculars. But this article I think is accurate....right after dusk. Plus, weren't you the poster a week or so ago talking about the meteor shower? According to this article, the same night as the Christmas Star (tomorrow night) there is another shower...not as intense tho'.

Yep. They will be separated by 6 arc minutes (about the thickness of a dime held at arms length) and that will probably be too much for them to look like they are conjoining into one. But it will be close. Anyone wanting to take a glance should look to the SW, they will appear very low on the horizon just after sunset. With binoculars you will be able to see Jupiter, Saturn and the moons IO, Callisto and Europa.

$60 million. Buyout? Surely that is wrong.

If this is true then UK needs to stop sending letters requesting money from the alumni. Apparently they have money to burn to come up with a contract like that. That is criminal
Got a letter yesterday asking me to will my "Estate" to UK to help students and to do the same with my life insurance.

Morning Legionnaires!

Over it already. Have decided to watch with the expectations of a loss this year each time we hit the floor. If we win it will be a bonus. Not going to be on the edge of my seat. Cal's criticism is deserved. You get paid the money and are the captain of the ship, you get the prize regardless of what it is.

Now, on to Christmas and the reason for the season.

Glory to god in the highest! We win in the end with God at the helm.

They say the more you lose the easier it becomes. They sure do not sting as they once did. Yesterday the Cats lost to a team I want them to beat more than any other. But when the UNC player hit back to back three's I felt the team would fold. And I had no feeling. It was like I was watching Ole Miss lose to Mississippi State.

This may be the saddest most disgusting tweet I have read following a UK basketball game. Turmoil is a mild word to use with this stuff going on.

Placate them again Cal. Placate them...give'em what they want.... UKFLMT (UK Fans Lives Matter Too)

Oh, and God is STILL in control. Always has been, always will be. Trust in God. Give praise only to him.

Yes, Elizabeth, you can call out the bad and still be Godly...

Good report.

It is a 44.4°F gloomy day.

Alabama got a good fight from Florida. I was hoping for a larger margin for Alabama to totally firm up the number one slot for a championship.

I hope you all have a good day.
I am praying we will someday have an offense, especially the passing game, both of these programs do. It makes for exciting football.

Secret rumor is he's symptomatic of a torn calf muscle. When you hop around on it, even an itty bitty bit, it hurts like the Dickens. Wouldn't want to saddle him with that too!
Anyone forecasted to have a white Christmas?
They may see one up on top.

Oh, but I DO hope you all are having a GREAT day and I DO wish you the very merriest of Christmas seasons no matter the circumstances. Jesus IS the reason for the season. Focus on him and all will be okay! God Bless you all AND your families!

Thanks BBUK. Yes Jesus is the reason for the season.! Enjoy the season and family Plus the wonderful food.

Just to clarify my anger. I am very angry that a UK fan is put in your situation to where you are reacting like you never thought possible.

Yes, I am at that point too for a while now. The current record only solidified I was correct in my anger. What a horrible and terrible position to put anyone into. Yes, Cal sickens me to the point of disdain.

I had no idea he has a torn calf muscle. I wonder when this happened. On Pro Day he was hopping, and a running and a jumping in front of the pro scouts as if 100%. And now he is on injured reserve. What a season
