I just did a quick check and it looks like most of the major polls have the Cats at #8 with one at #6. Still seems low but I don't put much stock in preseason polls. With only 1 returning player I'm sure there are skeptics.

His son was too. When Pete played for the Phillies they trained in Clearwater and still do. I would take my son over to watch them work out (he was about 6 or 7) and Pete Jr. would scream at fans and tells them not to touch the fence, to stop taking pictures of his dad and on and on and on. He was just a kid but he was a jerk too
