Caulked the shower corners in the master bedroom. Ended up using the hair dryer to get it dry enough to calk.

86°➫ 108°F Our monsoon high is shifting westward and be centered directly over the state. This will limit thunderstorm development with clear skies and light winds. I can see the drying this morning. Mountain visibility approaching 80 - 90 mi. Excessive heat forecast at least thru hump but the Tuesday afternoon peak also has been lowered to only 115°F.

Mowed front yard yesterday. Rode bicycle to credit union and cashed in some change from the other stash not found on streets, car washes or near bars. Hit up Chick-Fil-A and grabbed take-out for wife and I.

Gotta make an early morning run to the hardware store. Looks like it will be Lowes.

I'm going to finish my rip fence today and I'm thinking i should go ahead and build a speaker too before i get started on the table. I have all the makings for a center channel speaker to go along with the other two I built. It should only take an hour or so to cut it out and glue it together.

@UK82 I replaced my old Pioneer VSX3300 with a Kenwood KR V5550. Wow, what a difference. The kenwood is rated at 100w/channel and the pioneer was 80. If I turn this one up a quarter of the way it's blasting. Also, this one has A/B switches that allow you to play two sets of speakers. One, or the other, or both at the same time and all get the full 100. $25 well spent.

I hear ya.

Last October when mom got sick, I visited central Florida. Around 10:30 pm on the final night of the trip, I stood on the porch outside my brother's house in Orlando and sweat and sweat and sweat. Crazy. Humidity was not so bad while visiting last month, but still sticky and just generally miserable. Mosquitoes were out in force.

November-March is bearable down there. Once April arrives, game over until November.

• 2 biscuits. 2 OM eggs. Cream sausage gravy. 3 mugs of DM. I overate, but it sure was tasty. QB does a superb job on the eggs. Just right.
• If you have wondered about a little harness and a short leash that fits the seatbelt. QB picked it up and it worked fine. I recommend. Ymmot, I think it would work for your pet raccoon. Don't get bitten.

Nice! The A/B switch is important for me because I daisy chain receivers for my whole house system. A good receiver for that price is a steal!

I've got the small Polks hooked up to A and the larger ones to B. Usually just play A by itself which is good background music. Sometimes play B for the added bass. Every now and then though one of those songs comes on that requires A+B.

Whew! Another 8 hours in the shop today. Got the fence finished and couldn't be happier with it. I had some pitfalls along the way but nothing that i wasn't able to correct. It's huge. 2 2x4s back to back with 3/4" birch plywood faces on both sides.

That's 16.5 hours in the last 2 days and no beers. Too many power tools and touchy feely measurements for adult beverages.

Wife was looking through some of these free TV programs and came across PLUTO TV and we have been going through some of what they have and happened upon 24hr a day Mystery Science Theater. Now playing: Legend of Boggy Creek 2 with of course the commentary of the host and the 2 robots. Forgot how stupid but awkwardly funny it could be sometimes.

Planning on getting rid of Dish soon but told her we need to find one where they have the SEC channel and ESPN so I can get my UK basketball fix. Outside of that, I don't care what else we have as long as we have that..
