- That FT disparity is hard to overcome.
- That rebound disparity is hard to overcome.
- We needed some 3s in the second half. What did we get? 1?
- And we still almost won that game.
- I don't feel bad about losing that game.
Unfortunately, Briscoe is the only player taller than me that will take the ball in the lane lately.
Still chapped that we had the ball on last possession only to have a guy in the wrong spot.
There were a few of them in the wrong place the entire game but my take is that the key to this team making a serious run is to find a few minutes rest for number three. Having him fresh the last few minutes would be nice,

Willy, our guys gave it all. We don't have a great team. If everything is clicking for us, we can beat just about any team. We have some weaknesses. If too much shiz goes wrong, we lose. If Skal had been the real deal. we would be tough to beat. Lee, Willis and Poythress show up about half the time. That's about the story. Don't despair. We'll win some games before this season is over. One game at a time.

If Skal would have been the game changing talent he was supposed to be, as opposed to basically a raw talent with just good measurables, then we would be really good. Don is right about that.

I'm going to echo Uncle Jed on the fact that it burns me up that we had the ball and the chance to win and didn't get a shot off. The irony of that is the fact is that the ball was in the hands of who I wanted it to be. I can't help but wonder if he had just gotten a few minutes rest if it would have turned out different. But they played hard and had their chance to win it. That leaves me hope that they can still make a nice run.
I'm not that bummed about the loss. NOBODY wins AT Kansas. The game was lost as soon as it was put on the schedule.
