If this is anything like prior Tag Team Battle Royales in AEW, it'll be a horrible looking spot fest with wrestlers just sort of hanging out in all 4 corners, awaiting their choreographed run into the middle of the ring to hit a "devastating maneuver" on the person who just hit a devastating maneuver on the guy before him.

Edge is facing AJ. The subtle "I am phenomenal" gave that away. Here is my prediction of the card so far.

If the Austin/Rhodes thing doesn't pan out, I can see them hedging and having Owens/Rollins vs. RK Bro

If done right, that actually is a really good lineup. Throw in a few surprise appearances as usual and you are set. I don’t have faith in WWE to not screw it up though.

I just want to see how they are going to advance the conflict within the Elite between the Bucks and reDRagon. This should be a prime opportunity to have a big turning point in that angle.

Veteran pro wrestler Austin Aries is currently trending on Twitter due to his involvement with the Control Your Narrative brand.

As we’ve noted, EC3 and Adam Scherr, along with Killer Kross and other wrestlers, are taking the Control Your Narrative brand on the road for two upcoming live events – Saturday, March 5 in Orlando and Thursday, March 31 in Dallas. The event in Dallas will be a live TV taping as the group says they have a TV deal that will be revealed imminently. You can click here for the latest report on CYN and their expansion.

Aries took to Twitter today and revealed that he will be debuting for CYN at their event on March 5 in Orlando.

Either CM Punk will expose that MJF's sympathetic backstory is a lie, or CM Punk will be lured in to sympathize with MJF and MJF will take advantage and beat Punk down. Either way, the purpose of this angle is to bring even more heat on MJF as we head into Revolution.

I was so upset because, for a lot of guys, 'Oh, it's just a paycheck, who cares.' Not to me. There is a legacy I want to leave. That happened and I talked to Shawn, it was the first time we talked since the PC days. I told him, 'this happened, I tore my bicep, I went through a really dark period and I thought I was going to quit. Thankfully, I have the greatest wife in the world and she supported me and brought me out of this funk and out of a dark place and I'm here now and super happy.' He said, 'I was the same way. I was in this very dark spot and my wife, she's beautiful, she pulled out of this dark spot too.' 'Ah, that's so awesome.' Then we got in front of his friends, X-Pac, Hunter, Billy, Road Dogg, and Scott. As soon as we got in front of his friends, he started making fun of me and my situation and what happened with my bicep. Man, I just poured my heart out to you and as soon as we get in front of your friends as we're going over them beating the sh*t out of us, you decide to take all that stuff and make fun about it. I never ever forgot it and as soon as we were done with the business of Raw, one person said 'thank you' and that was Sean Waltman. Everyone else was so cold to us and treated us like we were just the shit on the bottom of their shoes except for Sean Waltman. I'll never forget that with Shawn and I hope there is a day where we can sit down and have a conversation and I can ask him why he did that and we can reconcile if he wants to. if I love you, I love you. If I don't, I don't."

I said it last night, but death triangle feuding with House of Black has been great. They put on good matches. Garcia is a future hall of famer. BD Is amazing as always. Mox and BD leading a faction of young kids and making them better just yells AMAZING to me. That’s how you build your future.
Gresham was there last night backstage. Very interesting. Did they buy RoH? Or is he just there? We’ll see.

I have a lot of older friends who get so upset with how they book Danielson and Punk. They keep telling me those guys should be world champion already and that they need to stop pairing them with guys like Darby or Daniel Garcia. I have to remind them that this isn't 1996 and Punk and Danielson can't wrestle each other every week for the belt because fans are gullible now.

"No I don't want to see Hogan wrestle the Giant for the 19th week in a row.....I'm sorry that upsets you."

That era lasted all of 2-3 years because they couldn't withstand a decent mid card or any talent outside of 5-6 guys in both companies. AEW is in the business of building up new talent. Yea it may seem slow occasionally but it will all be worth it in the end.

I listen to most of Jim Cornette's stuff these days when I have time and I have to say he may be the best story teller in the business. He is extremely entertaining but the issue with Jim is the second you do something he doesn't like then you're awful to him.

He loved Moxley at the start of AEW and I think Moxley's connection to death match wrestling made Jim dislike him. Now Moxley could solve world hunger and Jim would still take some bullshit ass stance that makes no sense just to bash him. Jim needs to grow up but at his age you can't expect someone to do that.
