Bruce just said on Peyton and Eli’s show a good football coach knows to always put pressure on the quarterback and make them uncomfortable . That Clemson game still pisses me off!

I have a question. What do you call all the coaches since Blanton Collier, oh he was fired in 1959, if Stoops is average and scared.
I call most of them deceased.
I love BA. He’s definitely shouting out Bowles with this comment, who blitzes more than anyone else in the NFL.

Last night, with less than 6 minutes left in the game Tampa was leading Philadelphia by 16 points and facing a 3rd and 7. They threw the ball and scored a touchdown. This effectively ended the game and left Philadelphia with no chance. Stoops would never allowed that pass.
Were you pissed with the corner blitz that forced the 3rd and long?

Stoops while competitive doesn’t come across as having a killer instinct. You need to bury teams when you can.
Bruce was 21 and 39 as a college football head coach for a whopping 350 percentage. Stoops is 73 and 65 - just a tad better than ole Bruce.
He also coached at Temple. Not the greatest gig. He also has a Superbowl ring as a head coach. That trumps anything Stoops has or will ever do.
Actually, that play pissed me off more than the rest because it showed the coaches that pressure works and then they completely abandoned it.
