that momentum didn't last long for duke. With Jefferson coming back and signing of jack white the blue devils just lost the chance to get bolden. Kentucky bound in the next 3-4 weeks

I disagree. Jefferson is a forward and the other kid is not nearly as good as Bolden. If Bolden goes to UK, it won't be because of those two.
seeing how Giles will get 35 or more minutes at power forward. Where do you think a 5th year senior Jefferson will get his forward minutes? Answer is starting at center. Kinda doesn't leave much room for bolden to start for them
Kinda wondering why we even brought Wynyard in or what will happen to him.
I don't know who Jack White is but this makes sense. A top 20 player isn't afraid of a player not in the top 200.Amile Jefferson returning might have some effect on Bolden's decision but Jack White's commitment won't for two reasons: 1) Jack White is ranked in the 200's and Bolden is a top 20 player, so he would be way ahead of Jack White in playing order and 2) They don't play the same position, Bolden is a Center and Jack White is a Small Forward

Assuming Bolden does pick Kentucky, Humphries, Bolden, SKJ, Bam and Lee is plenty down low.

i have a calendar that goes up to and even past 2018 and 2019. I just wanted to reassure you that next season isn't the end of Wynyard's eligibility and that indeed basketball will be played in those years lol .
Seriously though , he was ranked in the 30's or 40's , It could take him as long as it took Willis to contribute
Hope he doesn't trip anyone as they head for the podium on draft day.I see Allen leaving with the weak draft and all, but you can't underestimate K's ability to whine and get him to come back either!
Very
I think Giles will play a lot of center. I believe he played center for US 18 and under team, it's not like it's a stretch for him to play center in college.seeing how Giles will get 35 or more minutes at power forward. He will, especially in the system Duke usually runs. Jefferson would be the 4, but actually, the way that Krzyzewski tends to go, it would not be surprising to see Tatum at the 4 and Giles at the 5. If K plays Tatum, Jefferson, and Giles together (or Bolden with Giles and Tatum, if Bolden goes there), that's 3 guys who aren't really 3 point threats. Tatum is a little bit, but more like Justise Winslow or Jabari Parker, both of whom K ended up using extensively at the 4.I think Giles will play a lot of center. With Jefferson back, with or without Bolden, Duke is going to have way, way more size than they normally do, so it will be interesting to see how K uses it (or doesn't).

That lineup would be out of character for a Krzyzewski team. He almost never plays 2 guys at the same time who aren't 3 point threats (though he did early this season out of necessity), especially when there's a third guy out there who's only a "sort-of" threat (the sort-of threat is usually the 4 in K's system). And you are really squeezed for time on the wing with that lineup. Most folks expect (if Jefferson comes back) that K will do...
Jefferson
Giles
Tatum
Allen
Thornton
That leaves...
Jeter and Javin at the 4/5
Kennard, Jones, Jackson at the 1/2/3
That's more than enough depth for K, and having a senior big at the back of the defense is a huge plus with two freshmen in such prominent roles.
And Tatum can hit from 3. He isn't a specialist, at all, but most folks expect him to be sort of like Winslow... not known for it coming in, but able to develop it once he has space and time.
If Skal keeps doing what he's doing, we have a great chance of getting Bolden pretty soon.
If that happens, the rest of the nation had just better watch out.

bolden is not waiting on skal. skal has been gone the minute he stepped foot on uk's campus. I don't know why some of you cant grasp that. its not his choice. its his handlers. please people skal is not coming back. no way no how
