Yeah, I'm done. I have to make time to watch UK and I'm not doing that anymore. If it's on when I'm sitting down then great. If not then oh well.

No, I hear you. I checked out on Cal in 2020. But after this year? I just cant support this man any longer.
Until the fanbase revolts Cal will never leave. This has to happen even though it sucks.
Just be patient we'll all be rewarded on draft night.

I kind of checked out during the 9-16 COVID year and never came back fully. UK basketball no longer high priority. This team almost sucked me back in until UNCW.
I’ve missed weddings and birthdays for UK basketball games. That’s no longer the case. Now, I turn it on the games and watch as much of it as I can stand. If I find myself getting all pissed off, I turn it off and check the score. If we win, I go back and watch. If we lose, I just pay it no mind. Much easier on my temper and blood pressure.

These days I just assume they'll always lose so when they do win, its a surprise.

I have been a UK fan since 1968 when I was 12. I will read Rafters but I refuse to watch another UK game until Cal is gone. I hope it is soon because I am 68. Billy G never lost 3 at home.
I'm going back to my feelings the past several years. Ill check in here, watch a few minutes of games here and there but emotionally I'm checked out.

The fact that we’re so pissed is because we’re NOT bandwagon fans. We pull for our team come hell or high water and we’re not ok with losing.
If you can’t win a title with Towns and Booker with a host of 5* teammates or even get to the final four with Bam, Fox and Monk, I don’t know why I thought this team was talented enough to overcome Cal but I was wrong.

Covid. We were the only team in college basketball having to deal with Covid, barf.
On the flip side when we are up 12 it feels like we are down as fast as the lead disappears.
I don’t think he’s destroyed anything but another season. uk basketball will continue to be as it always has been after he leaves and we get a coach who puts priority on doing his job—winning games and championships.
If you’re a UK fan, how is it possible to check out. If UK plays im gonna watch. Then complain and feel disappointed. The only difference is it hurts less when they lose.
