Really embarrassing....again

This is a low point as a UK football fan for me. I was super young with Curry and at least we know Joker sucked and Mumme wasnt going to play defense. Feels like we keep getting the rug pulled out from under us.

Also, maybe not hire your buddy as safeties coach when you are barely getting to bowls.

I think I'm ready to move on from Stoops. Feels like the Cal situation. Get Sumrall in here and let's become a top 25 program or at least take a risk and try.

3 years in a row to that dork Beamer. Just pitiful. Hope the fans quit showing up as that seems to be the only way to implement change.

FB Recruiting EDGE Steven Soles...

We mentioned he would be unofficially visiting Kentucky this week with plans to officially visit later.

Based on his Twitter it looks like that first trip has wrapped up. He's got a lot of interest in UK. Supposed to call me back in a little bit.

(Somehow got buried in another thread, posting here so folks see)

In our regular pregame feature, we take a look at some of the intriguing numbers behind the Kentucky-Georgia matchup on Saturday at Kroger Field...

1 - Georgia has been ranked the No. 1 team in the nation for the first three weeks of the 2024 season. The Bulldogs set an SEC record from Oct. 9, 2022, to Nov. 26, 2023, of being in the top spot for 24 consecutive weeks, which ranks second all-time in the CFP era.

1.79 - Yards per rushing attempt allowed by the Kentucky defense this season. The Cats rank seventh nationally, allowing only 42 rushing yards per game.

2-8 - Kentucky's record in its last 10 SEC home games.

3 - Wins by Kentucky over a team ranked No. 1 in school history, the last coming in 2007 against eventual national champion LSU. The Cats have fallen to nine top-ranked teams since that triple-overtime upset of the Tigers.

I bought into the hype ...... but I have watched Stoops teams every game since he was hired

And this was the worst performance of all of them. Year 13 and this is what we got today. So,much talent, so many 4 star players. The decision to go for it so early and with such poor field position was mind blowing. Everyone around me thought that was an attempt to draw them offside - but we snapped ball so quickly - that was definitely now the plan. Emotionally broke the team for the rest of the first half. That was so unstoops like! Then knocking ball loose to not recover two straight times in 3rd quarter was bad break for us. But the offense was NEVER clicking or in the game. All of those failed jet sweeps - perfect set up for reverse or even a flea flicker - but do we have those in our play selection? Oh well, maybe my feeling that this is the last year of the Stoops era is right concerning our coaching. I'm an optimist and thought we could win 9 games with luck. Now I think we might win 4 games - with luck! Homecoming game will be decider on that one.

But..............still.................

Go Big Blue!
