Going To Rupp For Tomorrow Nights Game. Need Help on Finding a Place For Good Food.

Not a burger and you'll need to get there early but we love Pies and Pints right across from the fountains at triangle park. Plenty of seating, good beverage selection if you're into that and the wings/pizza are very good.
I'd second Pies and Pints. As a NYC pizza snob I liked it quite a bit. They have some unique and interesting pizzas.

WOW !!! SUMRALL and tulane drills navy

We wanna date 10’s. But we’re a 6 ourselves. So in that case we better be filthy rich to make up for our looks. Damn, we don’t have a lot of money. We went to a couple parties and everyone was drunk and we shagged a couple 9’s. But then everyone sobered up. It was a good time but we can’t expect those chicks every time.

Brother nobody is out here accepting mediocrity. That’s lazy canon fodder. We all want the same thing. Sometimes it’s hard to recognize reality and at the same time it’s ok to hope for more. Our football program will simply never match the heights of our basketball program. I’m sorry.

I do hope that you can find some punctuation while strolling through fantasy land though.

Maybe a Crazy Idea . . . .

He heard and said I DO speak English, I just don't speak American. lol

The natives of Antigua are 99 percent African descent, and at least half of them speak (to Americans) with a very distinct mid-western accent. Seriously, about half the population sounds as though they are from Northern Ohio. But some speak with a “Rastafarian” or Jamaican accent. Then, when conversing with one another, they sound French, but it is their local dialect of English.

Most Antiguans have spent time in either the UK or US. Many have children at University in England; one cab driver had two in Cambridge. Yet, there is no “English” accent.

And some odd sayings are shared across the pond. I heard an American President use the phrase “penny wise and pound foolish,” the same day a British Prime Minister used the phrase “you can bet your bottom dollar.”

Arkansas…

Ecstatic. The defense is elite. No idea on the offense because we are dealing with an incredible amount of injuries that, IMO, they're holding back on purpose. The next three games are basically who Kentucky has played - sans Duke. My assumption is 1 of 2 things happen: 1) either the inefficiency continues because they're still letting Aidoo/Brazile/Davis get healthy or 2) things really take off because guys are healthy and the quality of the opponent dips tremendously.

Listen, you guys had a great win. No one will argue that. Game of the night, center stage, and you won.

But, Duke was 1/9 on wide open threes in the second half, their best defender got hurt, and a team already dealing with C depth had their C either get hurt or so gassed he had to keep getting subbed out. That backup C for them was God awful. And they had the ball tied with :20 left and shit the bed three times in a row.

I know you guys think what happened to Jaxson is an aberration; but, I can tell you after watching this guy for 4 years now - that's the normal when he plays anyone with athleticism.

I think a team like Arkansas - elite defense in the backcourt - will give you guys fits. Additionally on defense, any time Duke wanted it, all they had to do was post up Jaxson, Brea, Kerr, whomever and go at them defensively. Williams, Butler, and Garrison are elite defenders. But they're awful on offense. Put, Williams/Garrison in a ball screen with your post and secondary ball-handler. The pick and pop will be open 24/7. If Butler hedges on the elbow, kick to the corner three which - because Butler had to run at the pop - should be wide open. Duke didn't have a C who could shoot a ball over 2 feet which was a big plus for Kentucky. If Duke was smart - part of this is on Scheyer; he got schooled by Pope - they should have gone Flagg at the 5 and forced Williams/Garrison onto an island.

One big thing I came away impressed with was Carr. He played very well not only on offense but on defense as well vs Flagg. Yeah, Flagg got his own, but he was never able to really get into a groove and take over.

As always, worst of luck to you all, :)

Already in cal denial lol. Took 3 games.
Defense doesn’t win games anymore.

One more thing. These injuries you speak of, aren’t real. You’ll learn quickly.

TV

I have Spectrum. I login to the app. It knows I can watch the game for free because I have secN. But for reasons, the first tile visible on the screen has Ky vs Murray in big letters, and ESPN+ in itty bitty letters. If you select that tile it tells you to sign up for ESPN+. I know to back out and look around for the other SECN tile that's hidden of screen or only available through another menu. But they've obviously gotten a few people to sign up for extra costs that way.

I 100% believe there is some weasely MBA twit who was charged with increasing revenue 0.1% and this was their plan to do it. It's the kind of thing the FTC should be preventing. But if they did, 50% of the country would be talked in to yelling about socialism.
I'm not sure how that is really a problem. Some people might subscribe to just ESPN+, and then if they were shown the SECN+ tile first, by your logic that would be egregious too. Fact is, they have a search button, and it will clearly show you all available options.

POLITICAL THREAD

For the same reason that its well known that a prosecutor can indict a ham sandwich....all political "trials" in DC where a majority has control of the "facts" is reason for most of us to take with a serious grain of salt.
Equating to 1.06 committee & taking it with a grain of salt are quite different. How you can do either w/o seeing it is sad.
