Nearly guaranteed now, Brock will transfer out this spring.

the staff has to see what everyone else saw all year.

that is Calipari level coaching malpractice.

Stoops doubled down on a bad year by not committing to what he saw in practice
Staff wanted to, and did, save Cutter's RS. I think that was a good part of why they stuck with Brock & Gavin - thinking one could step up. Now why you want to save a RS in this age I don't see/know.

State of our football program in Nov 2024

Stoops has cried for the 1.5 years. He gets $9M so put you big pants on and deal with the fact you’re a top 10 paid coach with 15th rated results in the SEC.

While Boley didn’t lead UK to any scores he made his reads and fired away. He stepped up in the pocket and didn’t seem to shy away from contact. Compare the 1H and 2H vs same defense and OL.

If Stoops decides to start BVG vs UL then he made a conscious decision to ignore what his eyes showed him yesterday.

If he’s in for the next 4-5 years then come back and fix this mess. If he only wants to do it 1-2 years then move on.

IMO UK needs to go, “young” next year and get guys ready for the next 2-4 years. Portal guys need to be multi year guys.

His safety coach needs to be a coach and not a drinking buddy. Move his ass on. RB coach needs to go as well. I think his Youngstown Bro on the OL needs to have his talents available to the industry.

College football is what it is, Sroops needs to quit crying and earn his money

what about his LB coach, his blood bro...

Nearly guaranteed now, Brock will transfer out this spring.

I have not seen any NIL contract but the terms are likely similar to this:
1. UK pays X dollars per season for Y seasons.
2. Player must fulfill certain academic requirements and stay out of trouble.
3. If player leaves voluntarily after a season, he receives no money for future seasons.
Doubtful that any such contract would include a guarantee of a starting position irrespective of actual performance. One, that term would be against public policy and void. Two, it would be in conflict with the existing contract of the head coach to exercise his best efforts to win games for UK.

Brock can't be forced out early (which is OK because we need an experienced backup in the QB room) but he can choose to leave early (and terminate UK's payment obligation) if he is not satisfied with a backup role.
You do realize some business is putting up those NIL dollars to actually have that player on the field to hopefully get some kind of return on their investment, right???

The commitment to play may be as much for the donor ( booster) as it is to the player getting the NIL dollars.

POLITICAL THREAD

If they stole this election, why didn’t they steal this election? Also, republicans down ballot did well in 2020.
Too big to rig.... 2020 they sent out balllots to every single person on a list. Bundlers were able to go to old folks homes and apartment buildings and get 100's of ballots that may or may not have been legit. PA got caught trying to add 2500 fake ballots and one old folks home got caught having 200 ballots when only 90 patients lived there... Stuff like that was harder this time but they still tried. Harris didn't get as many legit votes as Clinton.

The Ukraine war. (Yes, we'll mind our manners)

It's wild how insane some of you are.
On Thursday, the Ukrainian city of Dnipro was hit by a Russian air strike which eyewitnesses described as unusual, triggering explosions that went on for three hours.

The attack included a strike by a missile so powerful that in the aftermath Ukrainian officials said it bore the characteristics of an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM).

Western officials were quick to deny this, saying that such a strike would have triggered a nuclear alert in the US.

Hours after the strike, Russian President Vladimir Putin, in a TV address, said that Russia had launched a "new conventional intermediate-range" missile with the codename Oreshnik,"

Carry-on with your exaggerations.
