Staff wanted to, and did, save Cutter's RS. I think that was a good part of why they stuck with Brock & Gavin - thinking one could step up. Now why you want to save a RS in this age I don't see/know.

Doubtful that any such contract would include a guarantee of a starting position irrespective of actual performance. One, that term would be against public policy and void. Two, it would be in conflict with the existing contract of the head coach to exercise his best efforts to win games for UK.

Brock can't be forced out early (which is OK because we need an experienced backup in the QB room) but he can choose to leave early (and terminate UK's payment obligation) if he is not satisfied with a backup role.

You do realize some business is putting up those NIL dollars to actually have that player on the field to hopefully get some kind of return on their investment, right???

The commitment to play may be as much for the donor ( booster) as it is to the player getting the NIL dollars.

Too big to rig.... 2020 they sent out balllots to every single person on a list. Bundlers were able to go to old folks homes and apartment buildings and get 100's of ballots that may or may not have been legit. PA got caught trying to add 2500 fake ballots and one old folks home got caught having 200 ballots when only 90 patients lived there... Stuff like that was harder this time but they still tried. Harris didn't get as many legit votes as Clinton.
